IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that all spaces are occupied, guests are responsible for securing paid parking or utilizing street parking at their own risk.



➤Guests will also enjoy shared amenities like a courtyard and BBQ area in addition to access to the entire unit.



➤We have a Pack 'n Play and a highchair available in the office, which we are happy to provide to guests upon request.

Getting Around:

Walk to the Beach & Boardwalk – Just steps away, you can easily stroll to the sandy shores and enjoy the lively energy of the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk.



Biking Friendly Area – Rent a bike nearby and cruise along the scenic coast or explore the neighborhood with ease.



Free Local Shuttle (Sun Shuttle) – Hop on the Hollywood Sun Shuttle for a convenient and affordable way to explore Downtown Hollywood and the beachside area.



Rideshare Services Available – Uber and Lyft are readily accessible in the area, making it simple to reach nearby attractions, restaurants, and Fort Lauderdale Airport.



Easy Access to Public Transit – Several bus stops are within walking distance, offering direct routes to local hotspots and transit hubs.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.

I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.
