This property and the host were nothing short of amazing. Beautiful view, clean room, quiet neighborhood, and it truly made our vacation perfect. We would definitely stay at this exact location again if given the opportunity.

This was our second stay. Great location near the south end of the Broadwalk and just steps away from the beach. Everything needed for the beach was provided- chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, etc. Small parking area was perfect for our vehicle. Road outside was under construction, but did not affect our visit. Great communication with Olga. Highly recommend this property.

Great beach location

We stayed here because of the location we loved the morning sunrise and ease of parking. It was exceptionally clean and we will stay here again. Visitors should check out the Carpenter House/ MEEC and visit the rescued sea turtles. It is just 2 miles north.

Cozy spot with easy beach access

The hostess was amazing and responded to texts promptly. Beach access was perfect, however, many of the restaurants were at least still a couple mile walk. The condo itself was clean, well-equipped, and exactly what we needed! We would stay again!

Hollywood beach boardwalk is 2.5 miles. So there is not possible to walk couple of miles to the nearest restaurant.

Wonderful stay

Apartment is clean with all amenities. Walking distance to everything. Property manager Olga is easy to reach if any question and very accommodating.

Ideal Location, Friendly Host & CLEAN!

We loved the location being steps from the beach but quiet as well. Lovely and helpful host! Great accommodations. Had everything we needed! Not to mention very clean and tidy. Oh and comfy bed! We will be back!

Great Vacation Spot!

We rented this for a 4 day weekend. It is walking distance to the beach and at the end of the Hollywood broad walk. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were all included. This is a great place to stay and we will definitely rent from Olga again.

Fantastic Get Away

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at the property. We enjoy running and since it is right at the south end of the boardwalk we had a nice run each day up to the north end, enjoying the view and people watching. The property is well maintained and everything worked very well. We’d definitely stay again and appreciate the interaction with our host, Olga.

Memorial Day weekend 2025

We had a great time. The apartment is nice, clean and had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed and a parking space.The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach. Olga, the owner, is very nice and helpful. We were lucky late check-out was available so we could stay for a few hours longer to enjoy our last day there. I'm already looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend this place!

Location, location, location!

Olga's place was wonderful - accurately described, very cute, lacked for literally nothing and Olga herself was the most responsive host with whom I've ever dealt. Check-in and out were a breeze. Kitchen was fully serviceable. We had everything we needed and we were 75 steps to the beach (yes, we counted). We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

Awesome property steps from the beach. Close enough to all the broadwalk fun but far enough away for it to be quiet. Property itself was spotless with all the amenities of home. Perfect for me and my daughter! Olga is an excellent property manager who proactively communicated all the property information - which was clear and very easy to understand. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

The apartment was very clean. The towels and bedding all looked brand new and smelled so fresh and clean - something I love. The hosts couldn’t have been better. The husband was working on the building and he was so cheerful and super nice. He checked with me every single time he saw me to make sure everything was good. Even the people he hired to help him work on the build were extremely nice. The beach view is exactly as pictured in the listing and parking was right outside the front door. Tons of restaurants, bars, gift shops, bicycle rental, etc on the boardwalk which is steps away. And the unit had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, towels, etc, everything you need for the beach. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. The only thing I wish the unit I stayed in had was more windows. I just like a lot of natural light and there wasn’t a lot of that. But that was the ONLY thing that was a little disappointing. Otherwise perfect stay.

HOLLYWOOD

This building is just behind another small building but you can still see the beach from the porch. Steps to the beach. She has beach towels, hats, boogie boards, beach umbrella and a couple of park chairs. Very clean, great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed. It’s at the end of the broad walk, but the broad walk isn’t too long.. food store 20 minute walk. Had a great time!

Great location!

This was a fantastic location for exploring Hollywood, literally steps from the beach, very quiet in spite of construction going on nearby. The instructions for check in and operating instructions were super clear, very helpful owner and great communication. I left some room spray and extra paper towels that hopefully get passed on to the next guest. My only suggestion is to allow some of the windows to open - as a visitor from the Pacific Northwest I rarely used the air conditioning but would have loved some fresh air.

Thank you so much for your feedback. But since we are so close to the actual ocean opening windows with constant wind, salt, and moisture is destroying everything that is inside on the apartment. That is why we use a/c all year around and providing very nice patio and back yard for guests to enjoy the outdoors. Also we are in 50 steps from boardwalk and beach. It is not a common practice to keep windows open on the beach.
