You will also have access to the community beach at a walking distance from the house. You can also drive and that would make your trip to the beach in less than a minute. In case you are in the mood for boating or renting kayaks or even rent a boat slip for your own boat, Gerard's marina os at a walking distance too. They will be able to help.
