BRAND NEW POOL + PUTTING GREEN + DECK!

Pool can be heated for $50/day, must gives 48 hours notice if you’d like this for your stay. Available March 31 - May 31, Sept 1 - Oct 31

This home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone who needs a getaway!

Located on the inlet a block and a half from the beach this home is great for swimming, golfing, afishing, bike riding, kayaking, & watching the sunset.

Full kitchen, washer & dryer, two full baths, three large porches, cable in the living room, large salt water pool with kiddie area and putting green

Two bedrooms with two full size beds in each, primary bedroom with tempurpedic King bed, kids bedroom with two bunk beds with three twins and one full size bed

TVs in all four bedrooms, board games and kids activities books located in brown chest in living room

Parking available under the home, can comfortably fit 6-7 cars. Possibly more depending on car size.

Pet friendly ($30 fee) perfectly located, & a great home to host your next vacation!

Amazing home. Spacious and serene atmosphere. Love how the house is pet friendly. Close to beach access. Wonderful grocery store, ice cream shop and pier near by. The beds were comfortable.

Exactly as described. Wonderful location and beautiful pool and back deck. Only two things to mention, 1) if you have a dog that gets curious, the back yard is easy to escape from by jumping from corner side of back deck to the next deck/yard where there is no fencing. Hard to explain but you will see it exactly when you arrive; 2) small pet peeve of mine but I hate when it is a shower tub combo and the bathtub does not have a bathtub stopper. One of the tubs had this issue. Otherwise, everything was great! Would love if there were also beach towels, a beach wagon and chairs provided, but we drove two vehicles and brought these things.

Cherry Grove House with Pool

The house at Cherry Grove was nice, could use a few updates, but was clean and well stocked in kitchen. Pool & putting green was Great, everyone really enjoyed outdoor deck and pool!

Great vacation stay

We were very happy with our stay here. Location was great. The pool was a great place to relax & spend time with our family when we weren’t on the beach. Communication with the owner was A+, as they were quick to respond when we had a question during our stay, and prior to arrival as well. Perfect vacation for us!

Such a fantastic place! We had a ton of room, everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The host was very responsive, and quick to help in anyway! Highly recommended this place! We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved the house. The pool was amazing. We fished off the dock and enjoyed the putting green. It was a short walk to the beach. What more could you ask for? We would definitely stay here again.

Family Pool Escape

I would recommend upgrading the inside especially bathrooms and kitchen. Property met minimum standards but has lots of opportunity to improve in cleanliness and updated furnishings.

Great for pets and kids!

This place is perfect if you are traveling with pets and kids. It’s not fancy or fussy but immaculately clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed being on the canal and the putting green was a lot of fun for the entire family. My son enjoyed setting his crab traps and fishing lines. The fishing was not as good as we had hoped, but it was December and very cold. He did catch one black drum. Would stay here again.

Generally good stay!

We generally had a lovely time at this property! The pool was incredible and there were plenty of beds for our group of 10 adults. Great location too. We did have some issues with cleanliness, especially at this price point - when we arrived (we had not yet been to the beach), the floors were very sandy and the sheets on multiple beds were sandy under the covers. It didn't seem like the floors or sheets were washed between guests. We also ended up having to run out and buy trash bags before checkout, as none were in the house. Aside from the cleanliness piece, we still had a great stay!

Hey Hannah! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay at the home. I sent you a message but have not received a response back. I truly wish the sand issues would’ve been brought to my or the property managers attention during the stay as we would’ve addressed it immediately. The bed linens are washed between every single stay as well as the floors cleaned. Unfortunately, with the beach sand can be tracked in on shoes / suitcases rather quickly and im assuming that’s what happened with your stay when you checked in!

Travel baseball tournament weekend trip

The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent. We encountered only one minor issue during our stay, which had nothing to do with the house or the property owners.However, if you have children who plan to use the pool, be cautious. One of the neighbors called the police at 6:30 p.m. on a Friday evening because the children were being excessively loud. The police officer arrived and even expressed confusion about why the call had been made.

Perfect beach house with teenagers

First of all the pool and putting green was a hit!! This pool is beautiful and so nice with the chairs built in, we loved it! The putting green was a perfect addition, my teenagers were out there putting constantly, gave them something to gather around. The house is decent but needs some better cookware for families. A large dish to cook in the oven would have been nice. The coffee station was a nice touch. The beds were comfy and the tv’s were all in good working order and very nice. The only added perk that would have been nice would have been some beach toys and chairs. The showers downstairs need to be cleaned up, they are full of sand. Otherwise it was a great house for the beach!!
