The apartment was clean & in a quiet neighborhood, with a little front patio that we enjoyed hanging out at while the weather was so nice! Bernarda was very sweet & prompt with communication. Needed to replace a frying pan & she had a new one to me within hours. The area is gorgeous & so close to all sorts of restaurants & grocery stores. Also, very close to Utah Lake!

The unit was perfect for the two of us. The bed slept great. It was very small but we only needed one night and the size and price was perfect. The exterior backyard was unkept. But when we got inside it was just fine. No issues at all. Does have washer and dryer and nice big bathroom. Only complaint was the toilet is very short. We are both tall and for us it seemed like a toilet for a small child.

Parking was easy & secure. Privacy was vey good. Comfortable bed & everything we needed was provided.Only two issues: 1)body wash dispenser was not working. We had to reach in & scoop out body wash. 2) We had some difficulty with the entry lock. It took up to 3X before it finally opened.Otherwise, we enjoyed the unit very much. We would rent again in the future.

Our stay was great! My wife and i stayed here for the duration of our honeymoon, and it was a great centralized location for us! There is enough cooking ware, but it could do with a bit more, and needs a broom, but other than those 2 things we had a great stay!

I enjoyed my second stay at this residence as much as my first one. For people who prize their autonomy over the fake glitz of hotel, this is so much more economical.

Short and Sweet

The apartment was great. It was bigger than expected and it was centrally located for all my needs. They even have extra supplies if you forget anything. I hope to stay again, but they do book out fast and even months in advance.

When we return to visit the Provo/Orem area we will request to reserve this property to stay in again. These hosts are very responsive, attentive, and very accommodating. The apartment was very clean and fresh. Bed was very comfortable, great space!

Clean and comfy

Everything was so clean and spacious and comfortable, from the pillows on the bed to the kitchen and the bathroom. It was also quiet and safe, and I would stay here again! The host was very gracious and kind, and personally helped me when I had difficulty with the door code. The separate entrance was really convenient.

I don't know why anyone would want to stay at a hotel when you can stay at a place like this. Sure it's not exactly luxurious, but it's got everything you need and nothing you don't. Plus, there's a host of very nice little touches such as ample towels and blankets and a variety of pillow types. It's quiet it's airy and you have your own private entrance. I would stay there again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The description was a little deceiving. This is basically an addition at the back of the house. The parking was not great. I had to contact the host for the door code 30 minutes before check in. If you just need a place to sleep it’s ok. I wouldn’t use it for an extended stay.
