Excellent Property

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The condo was spotlessly clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Additionally, it is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and even a small grocery store. I would stay here again.

Spring Break

We had a great stay, loved the location. Walked to restaurants and beach (really appreciated the wagon and beach chairs), and rode the free trolley to the village. Jonathan was helpful and accommodating during our stay. We hope to return to Casa Playa.

Siesta Key Condo

The location was great. Loved the parking space assigned to us. Had all the amenities we could ask for. Didn't realize that laundry was not in the condo, but a short walk from our front door (don't forget to bring quarters). Loved that it had a king size bed. Didn't sit on porch at all because we couldn't get the blind to go up for some air flow but that would have been great to do.

Blissful Stay in Siesta Key!

I can't put into words how happy my husband and I were when staying at this darling condo. We felt immediately at home. The place was immaculate, furnished comfortably, and located in a quiet, yet convenient,area -close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still removed from the action. The owner, Jonathan, was readily available when we had questions, always responding quickly to messages. At the end of our stay, we were sorry to have to leave!

Fantastic

This condo is magnificent! On the ground floor with a screened veranda facing south. Everything is new. Decorations are impeccable. Everything we could have wanted was there and worked perfectly. High end new appliances were so much appreciated. Jonathan responded quickly to every contact. He is thoroughly kind and gracious. We could not recommend his condo more highly!
