Siesta vacation

The location of the property could not have been better. A very short walk to the quietest beach on Siesta Key. The manager was very attentive when we called with a minor issue and had it resolved quickly. The property could use a pretty thorough cleaning of the baseboards and other nooks and crannies but overall it was pretty clean. We would stay again.

Siesta condo very nice

This condo at Siesta Key Florida was very much just as advertised, the owners were good at communicating, the pool was kept clean and warm, and the short walk to the beach made it all worthwhile. We could've used extra beach towels but there was free laundry available too.

Nice and convenient location to beach and restaurants!

Nice location and clean, a few things need some TLC (light fixtures that didn’t work or malfunctioned) but overall a nice place! One complaint would be there should be some good beach chairs provided for quest’s to use. The ones that are there are in poor shape or just cheap bag chairs.

Great, quick trip!

My wife and I had a quick trip (overnight) to Siesta Key. This property was a short 3-4 minute walk to the beach and was updated/clean. Would definitely stay again!

David is an excellent host

Cannot wait to go back! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. David was on-site each day to clean the pool and provide an opportunity for any questions, etc. The property was exactly as shown and described and the location was perfect!

Clean, very professional, well decorated and walking distance from the beach. David is awesome to work with and helped us out with quick responses and with on point help. Well worth the investment for what he offers for a nights stay.

Winter Escape

Great vacation! Beautiful place, very clean and nicely decorated. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. David is amazing with communication and responds very fast to any questions. Plus he was very accommodating. Fantastic experience!

Siesta Key

We loved the location of this property - just a short walk to the beach! We also enjoyed the quiet area - away from the busy area around Siesta Beach. The villa was nicely decorated in a beachy vibe, the pool was just the right temperature and well maintained. Wished that the shared grill was propane instead of charcoal.

Nice location

Nice location, short walk to beach and restaurants. Spacious unit for two people. Laundry room could use some tidying up and we had trouble a few times locking our key pad on the door. Over all a good stay

Villa 3

The villa was clean and ready on arrival. The units are in a great location and close to beach. We did not like that the bathroom and bedroom only had sliding doors. The neighboring villa where family also stayed had regular doors and their bathroom and bedroom felt more spacious. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella while there because the chairs available for the un it were rusty. Overall a comfortable place.
