The Space
This charming three-level, two-bedroom home is thoughtfully laid out for comfort and convenience.
The basement level includes the back garage entry and a washer and dryer, accessible by stairs.
The main level can be entered from the front door or directly from the garage. This floor features a cozy living room with a Roku Smart TV, a full galley-style kitchen, and a dining area.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, closet, and hangers. A full bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms.

**Reservations booked before April 15, 2026 include a $150 damage protection hold. This is NOT a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your card two days before checkout to ensure coverage in the unlikely event of damages. The hold is automatically released within 5 days after your checkout date, pending no reported damages. You will be contacted if any damage claims arise.
**For reservations booked on or after April 15, 2026, a flat damage protection fee of $35–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature. All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.
PROPERTY ISSUES Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
The TV is a Roku Smart TV. Free Roku live cable is available throughout your stay. You can use and log into any app you`d like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave.
This is a NO-SMOKING property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a minimum $350 fee if you smoke at the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased online on Amazon.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $400 per repair.
TRASH Trash day is every week on Tuesday. Recycling pickup is every other week on Tuesday. Our team moves the bins to the front road every week for pickup so you do not have to. The bins are located on the side of the building for convenience of moving them to the front road weekly.
If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside behind the garage. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins. Please reach out to us if you need assistance.
PET RULES All pets must be approved before arrival and added to your reservation. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the property without prior Owner approval. If pets are not disclosed before arrival, your reservation is at risk of fines and immediate eviction.
Pets are not allowed on interior or exterior furniture at anytime. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. You are responsible for picking up after your pets in the yard and neighborhood. We provide doggie bags for your convenience. If excessive waste is left in the yard, you will be charged a fine. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:
--Scrap food scraps in trash and start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher --Bag and place all trash in outside trash bins --Place all used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of each bed and all wet towels in the bathroom tub for us to send to professional laundry service (please do not remove the mattress protectors or zipper pillow protectors) --Please turn off all lights and lock exterior doors upon exit

It was for the most part clean. It was very hot in the house. One bedroom door would not close. Some areas were not clean. The ceiling fans were not used because they were very dusty.

March Stay
Very nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. It's easy to get to downtown or out to the highway from the place. Plus it is close to the Duck Creek Trail.There is a garage for your vehicle, but the door is a bit low. So taller vehicles do not fit into the garage, but this should not be the reason that you do not stay here.

For a pet friendly place it's one of the cleanest we've seen. The main floor doesn't have privacy curtains. I hope that you like stairs. The garage is the basement basement and it's a narrow stairway to haul all of your things up to get stuff inside. The bathtub needs a plug. But all in all ok it gets the job done

I am a single women traveling late at night, I got to the vicinity of the townhouse and could not find the location. After a few trips around the block, I saw the townhouse; the front porch light was out, no lights on in the unit; despite messaging the host I would be in late. There was a guy wondering infront of the units. While the code that the host sent was correct, I could not see the pad to enter it & was nervous about the man. I finally went back to my car and called. The host texted back & unlocked the townhouse remotely. Once in, I was going to unwind but there was only sheer curtains on the front window, so I just decided to go to bed. With the roads torn up, I decided the back bedroom would be best; when I pulled back the sheets there was a large yellow stain so the front bedroom it was. After going to bed at 1am the construction started at 7:15 with the mini excavator with its backup beeper and at 8am the cement trucks showed up. Now I understand that the host cannot control the street work but a heads up would have been appropriate since I booked less than two weeks before my stay. She refunded me 5 nights after offering a unit without a kitchen. She also offered to have someone put up blinds that day & have the cleaners clean besides the dirty sheets there was dirty throw rugs and side tables that had hair & change on it. In the end, she charged me one night and half the cleaning fee, I used one bed and a washcloth, despite her 100% clean guarantee.

Hi Nikki, thank you for your feedback. Since your departure we installed blinds and fixed the front door porch light on the day we were notified this was a concern. Although the city did not notify us they would be completing construction during this time, we were very understanding of the concerns of noise during your reservation and provided a full refund for all the days not used. Due to the last minute switch, we did not have any other units that were available except a unit without a kitchen, which we were happy to offer at a discount, but knew that it would not be an adequate alternative which is why we provided a full refund. We do stain tree and wash blankets, sheets and comforters between every guest. There are times where tough stains do appear and should be replaced. We appreciate your feedback as we disposed of these and order new right away. We have since corrected the items mentioned and reached out to the city to understand more about the construction process. Thank you so much for your feedback so we can continue to improve our home!
