Spacious and perfect for rest and relaxation! Located on the west side of Douglas Lake with a floating dock and 2 kayaks (available during warm months). It's close enough to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg to see the sites as well as marinas for boat rentals. Take in amazing views while soaking in the hot tub, cooking in the updated kitchen or from the private deck with a cup of coffee.

Main level entry houses the kitchen, living room, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms along with one full bath. At the top of the spiral staircase in the loft you will find a second living space along with the primary suite and luxurious primary bathroom. On the lower level you will find the game room with a murphy bed and bunks and the walk out leading to the lake.

-OTHER THINGS TO NOTE-
TVA lake levels fluctuate throughout the year. Lake levels are at their peak May through August and gradually decrease over the winter months. PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ON WHAT LAUNCH IS BEST FOR YOUR BOAT. There are several boat launches around the lake, each with different layouts and capabilities. While we’re happy to offer suggestions, we strongly encourage guests to research the best launch site based on the size and type of their boat. Every setup is different, and we cannot guarantee that all launches will accommodate all boats—especially larger ones.

Many guests have brought boats without issue, but if you’re traveling with a larger vessel or trailer, we recommend confirming in advance that your chosen launch can accommodate your equipment.

PET INFORMATION: We allow up to 2 pets, 35 pounds and under. No aggressive breads. $100 pet fee per pet. Please message me with pet number and I will send you a separate request for pet fee.

Pets under 35 lbs. are allowed to stay on the property with the following conditions:
- No pets on the furniture
- No pets in the hot tub
- Pets must be tick & flea-free
- Pets must be crated (not provided) when unattended at property
- Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly

DOG ALLERGIES: While we DO allow dogs, please note that our cleaners do their best to clean pet hair and we do our best to maintain a high level of cleanliness, but it is possible some will remain. If you are allergic to dogs or pet dander, this may not be the best property for you.

We provide a starter pack of 4 dish pods, 4 laundry pods, coffee pods, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and a roll of paper towels, 4 trash bags.
