It's pet-friendly, and is conveniently located near Disney, just a 10-minute drive away from the park. The suite has a large private patio, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), and in suite laundry machines. Free parking and wifi included! The building has an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, and games rooms for our guests to use.

This spacious 1,288 sq.ft. condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfectly accommodating up to 7 guests in comfort. Located just off Highway 192, you'll enjoy easy access to top restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and Orlando's world-famous attractions—all while relaxing in your own resort-style retreat with fantastic amenities.

• There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.



Unit Access:



As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.



Our guests also get complimentary access to the building amenities open from 8am - 10pm, year round:

Pet Friendly:

•To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we allow small dogs (maximum of 2). Please share your dog’s breed in advance. A $99 pet fee per dog applies.

• A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made .

•If you have more than one pet please note that an extra fee of per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
