IT IS ONLY 1 MILE FROM THE DISNEY ENTRANCE YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE THE DISNEY FIREWORKS AT 9:30 PM NIGHTY FROM THE BALCONY....YOU ARE THAT CLOSE !!! WE ARE IN DISNEY SPRINGS AREA NOT THE LESS DESIRABLE AREAS OF DAVENPORT OR KISSIMMEE.

Beautiful view with a well furnished condo. It had everything we needed and more and was perfectly located with a very short drive to Disney Springs and Gaylord Palms. The property manager was very attentive! Do yourself a favor and book this property!

Ben communicated well and checked in with us several times. The place was as pictured and the supplies listed were all there. I would have given 5 stars but there are some asthetic items needing attention (broken towel rack, missing handle to oven, worn toaster oven). The place was clean and comfortable. Nice location and view.

Ben was extremely welcoming and the condo was very nice! Loved the artwork, the jacuzzi bath tub, the screened porch with view. We had everything we needed and felt safe staying here. I would highly recommend this unit and I would 100% stay here again!

It was easy to get there. Everything was clean and as listed. It is very close to the Disney parks and outlets, and about 25 minutes away from the Universal parks. We had a really good stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Home away from home. This condo has everything you need to feel at home. It was very clean with great view of lake and pool from top floor screened in balcony. Communication with Ben was excelent.I HIGHLY RECCOMEND !

Great Communications and Beautiful place.

We contacted the owner and discussed our later arrival. He had no problems working with us. The unit was in great shape and was comfortable and convenient to Universal and Walt Disney World. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Would Recommend!

We typically stay in a Disney Springs hotel for Run Disney events, this location made driving to races easy and having addtional amenities like washer/dryer and kitchen SO much better. This property has plenty of parking, the condo was just as it was in pictures. Property was clean, and Ben the host was so easy to communicate with!
