Stay in part of South Haven History! Central Lofts condos, which used to be the old Central High School, located in the downtown area, has a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with the benefits of a wonderful amenity package. This is a third floor unit but there is an elevator. This unit has high ceilings, exposed brick, and an open concept this is a must see. Central Lofts provides indoor pool/hot tub, fitness center, 2 theatres, plenty of parking, outdoor grilling area, secure entries, gathering spaces throughout the complex, large adjacent grassy areas, and firepit spot for the S'more lover in you. This is about as good as you can get when it comes to easy South Haven getaways. 2 blocks to town center where you will find all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Or walk just a few more short blocks and find yourself at famous South Haven South Beach and enjoy a day of swimming or just enjoy laying out on the powdered soft sand and catching some rays. And you cant miss the incredible sunsets and the lighthouses. Stay once and we promise you will want to come back again and again.

This was an amazing place to stay! Extremely clean and well kept. It was very cozy for the winter - lots of blankets and extra pillows. Also, kitchen was so well stocked with any cooking supplies you could ever need! The beds were extremely comfortable and the mini soaps in the bathroom and kitchen were an unexpected and lovely suprise. The host was a pleasure to work with - highly responsive. The building itself is a beautiful place to stay and I felt very safe and comfortable for my whole stay. This location was also about a 2 minute drive from town, if it was warmer we could have walked it. I would definitely come back to stay or recommend to a friend. This was a lovely place!

Great south haven stay!

Condo was as advertised, very clean, high ceilings made it feel larger. Washer and dryer was inside the unit- big plus! We have 6/8 year old- all of the shops and restaurants were walkable for us:) we drove to the beach - mostly because of all the items you haul to the beach with young kiddos. Overall great time! Great stay- our only negative was the pool was chilly for my kids - they got in but only stayed in for about 10 minutes due to it being cooler.

Comfortable Loft!

Great loft for a week-long family vacation. Clean and cozy! It had all the necessary cookware and utensils for cooking a few meals in. Pool and hot tub are well maintained and great for our kids. Close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown - and even the beach! We have stayed in a couple different lofts in this complex and we would definitely return to this one!

South Haven Condo

The property was great really great for a girls weekend! The location was a close walk to downtown and restaurants. It was mostly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We used the workout room which was nice as well. The only downside was the floors were very squeaky (very cool old school floors). We also unplugged the scented plug-ins, as I'm sensitive to smells and it was very strong upon entering.

Amazing condo !

This was auch a perfect place ! The troubles I had with the security main door entry code and room entry code #s were immediately answered with a phone call and then followed up with a text. The only problem I had was that some of the silverware had food particles still on them. Would stay there again in a heartbeat !! Thank you so much !

Spacious, quiet and unique staycation

My best friend lives in South Haven and I told her I would find a perfect place for a week's staycation. This was it! The fact that it was 2 bed/2 bath, made for lounging with a huge sectional and a large tv, located in the middle of it all, and is a sophisticated reimaging of an historic school sealed the deal. The tall ceilings made it feel even more spacious, the beds were comfy, and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the beautiful tall windows and the large sturdy table where we made art and worked on journals. It really was a wonderful place to stay to reconnect and enjoy each other's presence. I hope I can stay here again!

Really good location, great look/furnishings in VRBO, GREAT on-site amenities, and cleanliness was outstanding! Place was furnished with absolutely everything we needed for it to feel like home. 2 small knocks on the place. When we arrived, the building code access worked, but the apartment code did NOT. After attempting several times, I had to call the emergency help line for assistance. They had not programmed the lock to the code they gave us via email/text prior to our arrival. Fortunately, someone called me back within 10 minutes so we could access the apartment. Later on the next day, the deadbolt lock went on the fritz. Probably just bad luck and poor timing, but we couldn't lock the apartment at all and we were headed to the beach for the day. I had to call the help line again. This time we had to wait 20 minutes before a call back. They did come and fix the lock, but I wasn't happy with what we had paid for the VRBO to be delayed in doing what we wanted to do for our end of summer mini vacay getaway. Although we had a frustrating start or first 24 hours at the VRBO, I certainly would consider going back. All that I mentioned to start the review was sincere! Overall, we had a really good time during our stay!
