L'école de l'Indiana sera votre base pour s'amuser en famille. L'école se trouve à 2 pùtés de maisons du parc Kids Corner, à 3 pùtés de maisons de l'accÚs aux escaliers bleus de South Beach et à 7 pùtés de maisons des restaurants et des magasins du centre-ville. L'école inférieure a 4 chambres à thÚme et 3 salles de bain et peut accueillir confortablement 14 personnes. La grande salle immense offre beaucoup d'espace aux familles pour se disperser, jouer au billard ou regarder la télévision. La salle de détention offre un espace séparé pour que les enfants regardent la télévision et jouent à des jeux de société. La grande cour avant donne à votre famille plus de temps pour jouer au soleil. Un gril au propane et un foyer avec des siÚges sont disponibles pour votre usage. Il y a beaucoup de parking sur la propriété.

Pour les familles nombreuses, cette unitĂ© peut ĂȘtre combinĂ©e avec le lycĂ©e pour 3 chambres supplĂ©mentaires, 2 salles de bains, une salle de tĂ©lĂ©vision et une autre grande salle avec table de baby-foot. Construite en 1898, l'Ă©cole Indiana a servi d'Ă©cole primaire jusqu'en 2005. L'Ă©cole a subi d'importants travaux de rĂ©novation en 2006. Les mises Ă  jour, la peinture et tous les nouveaux meubles ont Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©s en 2016. De nombreuses finitions originales ont Ă©tĂ© conservĂ©es, notamment des tableaux Ă  craie, des portes de traverse, des boiseries et des placards d'enseignants. L'École de l'Indiana a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©signĂ©e comme site historique par l'État du Michigan. L'Ă©cole est vraiment une maison unique.

Nos locations à la semaine se déroulent du VENDREDI AU VENDREDI. L'enregistrement s'effectue à 16h00. L'heure de départ est 10h00.

Vacation was enjoyed by everyone!

This was a perfect place for our larger family. We enjoyed the large family room so we can all hang out together! Being within a few block to the park and beach was definitely a plus. We will definitely be returning.

Wonder week in SoHa!

We had a fantastic time at the Old Indiana School House! It was so cool to see the history of the property while staying in such a well done and very clean rented space. We loved the location-close to the beach and to downtown. We enjoyed walking to get coffee, meals, and of course, ice cream! Such a wonderful week long vacation in South Haven!

I stayed at this rental last year with friends and we all loved it. This time, I brought family along to share with them. This is a beautiful property with high ceilings and tall windows-so many nice touches throughout the unit, inside and out. We enjoyed the comfy beds, large great room with pool table, walks to the beach and downtown, dinner outside under the pergola, and an evening around the firepit. Everyone had a great time and went on and on about what a beautiful place this is. We hope to return next fall!

Always enjoy coming here for a family together time for Thanksgiving. This place is large enough for our entire family to be together but also enough areas for privacy or to rest and relax.

As many others have said, the photos do not (maybe can't?) do this property justice. It's a truly unique place, with high ceilings and tons of room. There are many fun school-related details but everything is updated and modern. We had everything we needed to cook several meals for a group. Bathrooms are very clean and nice. We loved the pool table. The grounds are large and nicer than the photos show. Use of the two-car garage was a big plus. We were a little concerned about the proximity to the beach, having stayed closer on other trips, but it worked out great for us. It really is a seven minute (max) walk to the blue stairs. We had a great stay overall.

Amazing place to stay!!

This is our go to place to stay when we are in South Haven. Beautiful neighborhood, close to downtown, the house is just as listed. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Indiana School House. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The location is excellent for walking to the lake or downtown.What really surprised us was how much our adult children enjoyed the pool table. They had running competitions going on. They also enjoyed leaving messages on the chalkboards. With plenty of rooms for privacy and a huge common area to hang out, it's a great place to make memories.

Can’t wait to come back

This rental property is absolutely amazing! This was our second time staying at this rental property and wow—just as incredible as the first time. The first time, we stayed in the top unit, which was immaculate. This time, we were lucky enough to book the bottom unit, and we absolutely loved it.The space comfortably fits 12 guests with plenty of room to hang out and enjoy quality family time. The photos honestly don’t do it justice—every detail in this home is thoughtfully done. It’s beautifully decorated, super clean, and incredibly comfortable.Another big plus: it’s just a short drive to downtown South Haven, which made everything even more convenient.We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway spot!

Love the School House

This was our third stay at the School House and it was just as great as our first. Such a fun and unique place. Great location, always very clean, and room for everyone to have their own space (we had 8 adults and 9 kids and reserved both units).

We love the family focused south beach neighborhood. It's close to the beach and close to town. There is a variety of full and part time residents, second home owners, and visitors. We love the energy that this diversity gives our neighborhood.
