Amenities:
- Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods and trash can liners. Think of these amenities as a "starter kit". We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as your favorite blankets, soap/shampoo etc..

- Check-in is at 4pm on day of arrival and check-out is 10am day of departure.

-Pets must be approved before booking. $150 per pet (non-refundable).

-We have cameras ONLY outside for everyone’s safety. These exterior cameras are located by the front door, driveway and around the back of the house. They record video and audio at all times.

-The pool heater is a heat pump system that relies on ambient/outdoor air temperature. During cooler weather, particularly overnight, the heater may have difficulty maintaining warm water. Because pool heating is weather-dependent and outside of our control, we do not charge a pool heating fee and cannot guarantee specific pool temperatures. For this reason, refunds are not provided for pool temperature concerns.
