Profitez de la vie à la mer à son meilleur. Rejoignez les plages de Nantucket Sound à seulement 800 mètres (Sea Street ou Glendon Beach), jouez au mini golf, puis détendez-vous au Sand Dollar Bar and Grill ou au Chapins Fish & Chips, à seulement deux pâtés de maisons (en saison). De nombreux autres restaurants sont ouverts toute l'année (Oyster Company, Red Nun, Red Cottage). Profitez de vos vacances d’été sur le Mid-Cape dans un cadre confortable et climatisé (système de split split). La maison de ville est dans un petit complexe de condominiums de seulement 6 unités (trois bâtiments en duplex). La cuisine fournit des épices et des herbes de base. Il y a un lit queen dans l'une des chambres et deux jumeaux dans l'autre. Les chambres et la salle de bain sont au deuxième étage. Draps et serviettes seront fournis sur demande. Unité pour bébé avec serrures sur les armoires de cuisine et porte bébé entre les étages; emballer et jouer et coffre à jouets sont disponibles. La cour arrière et le pont sont parfaits pour griller et se détendre après une journée chaude sur la plage. Check-in à / après 15h le samedi et 17h en semaine, sauf arrangement contraire. Check-out est à 11 heures. Le nombre maximum d'occupants est de 5. Seules deux places de stationnement sont disponibles. Les chiens bien élevés jusqu'à 35 lb sont autorisés avec l'autorisation préalable.

The place was perfect for a family of 4 with a dog. Communication with the host was timely, less than 24 hours of a response. Nice location and a great beach in walking distance, or a short drive. My only suggestion would be to bring your own cooking knives and utensils if planning making your own meals. With that said, the place was clean and well stocked with necessities for eating and cleaning.

Wonderful pet friendly stay

Windfall Townhouse was a very cozy and comfortable place for us during our stay in Cape Cod. It is well supplied with everything you need. for cooking, there was a wide variety of spices to choose from. It is also in a centralized area where either end of the cape is within easy driving distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Tired but functional

The location was great — walking distance to the beach. The shower has a funky look to it with sliding glass doors and a flowered shower curtain, but it worked nicely. Bed was okay. Kitchen was packed with stuff, (old dishes, pans, and spices) not at all organized. No dishwasher. Washer/dryer was nice to have. Living room was functional but not comfortable. Furniture is old — chair too stiff and straight, and the couch, old and overused. In spite of the oddities, we enjoyed our time. Hosts were friendly and responsive. The place could be very nice with a little work and freshened up kitchen and living room.

Overall The property was clean, neat and comfortable. However, we are a black family and there was one resident, in the first townhouse on the left as you enter the driveway to the property, that loudly expressed a racist attitude as we moved in. He also let his dog menace my husband at the garbage receptacle. Other neighbors were pleasant but I would not recommend the townhouse to friends or family because of this man. It’s unfortunate that the townhouse owner where we stayed should have to hear this because she cannot control how this person behaves but it is a definite negative for potential renters of her property and she should know it.

I have hesitated to post this review because I wanted to find the right words to describe this experience. This property is probably used by the family. It is overloaded with mismatched items, a bathroom that needs cleaning and painting, too many personal items. The furniture is uncomfortable, the bed needs a mattress pad, the shower curtain is not necessary since there is a glass sliding door. The pots and pans were old and unusable. I went out a bought a new pan for our food. The deck is cluttered with dirty, mismatched chairs and beach equipment. If the owners want to rent this out, they should equip the unit with matching dishes, newer pots and pans, remove most of the personal items and make room in the cupboards for renters to place their items. We have rented condos and vacation rentals for over 20 years. This was by far the worst experience we have had.

Comfortable stay with a personal touch.

Nice outdoor deck and fenced in yard so we didn't worry about our dog. Didn't use the grill but it was large. Accommodations show some wear but beds are comfortable and shower was powerful. Air conditioners worked well, washer/dryer was large and modern. House was spotless when we arrived and decorated with nice personal touches. Easy walk to beach (otherwise town charges $30 to park) put put golf, ice cream, deli/grocery and Woolfies for muffins. Michaela was always available by phone and accommodated our request to come early. We found Dennisport to be a very convenient location for a half week summer stay and the house was a good choice for us with a dog and our son with wife and infant. They appreciated having a full kitchen and bath tub.

The host was very helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. Truly enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be darker blinds in the main bedroom. The sun rises around 430am.

Great Place to Stay on a Budget

This was a great place to stay on a budget. Our travel plans changed at the last minute, and we found ourselves looking for a house on Cape Cod to rent. The two bedrooms and kitchen were perfect for our family, much more comfortable than a hotel room, and for a similar price. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home Base for the Cape!

Was great for a quick weekend trip

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the property since we were there for a weekend wedding. But just having the extra room and a kitchen available for a quick breakfast made it easier for our family.

Vacation in Dennis Port

Had a good stay here for a week in late August. Property manager did a good job of communicating with us. Was just as described in the listing. Dog friendly and fenced in yard. Only complaint is my dog found an ant trap on the floor and started chewing on it… probably not a good idea to have these in a dog friendly rental. Otherwise everything was just as described and we had a nice week.

Great Cape Getaway for the week

Great location in Dennis Port. A short walk to mini golf, ice cream, and a delicious Mexican restaurant. Definitely walkable to the beach for adults but a little far younger kids. We bought the weekly Dennis Beach Parking pass and it was definitely worth it to come and go to all of the beaches. Michaela is a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect size place for a family of 5 with young children.

Great spot for me and my son and pups. Long beautiful daily beach walks, cozy house at night. Michaela was fantastic, so quickly responsive and courteous. Cannot wait to go back!
