Beautiful, cozy property Loved the pond view and the location on the Cape. Mike, Jo and Daisy are wonderful hosts. Would have loved to bring our dogs but didn't think the long car ride from Ohio would be the best time for them.

Returning to this property for the third time in as many years felt almost like coming home! The accommodations are spacious and well-appointed, the waterfront setting is lovely, and the porch swing is simply wonderful. The cottage is centrally located to all that Cape Cod has to offer, and Jo and Mike are gracious hosts. Hope to see them again next year!

Host were amazing and very friendly. This place has everything you need without going anywhere else. Want to swim,sunbathe, fish, kayak, canoe, bbq, sit outside and enjoy a scenic view. You have it. Also the pond is not small. The pictures don't do the place justice. We were welcomed and made to feel this was our home for the week, but also was easily reached if needed anything. This was our first trip to cape cod so we tried to get around while we were here and everything is a short drive. This is a great place for the puppers too. So many places are pet friendly. Not the best at writing things, but thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us and welcoming our fur babies!

Both the property and hosts were lovely.The lake right in front of the property was so nice and convenient that we never made it to an ocean beach for the entire week we were there.The apartment had everything you'd need...plenty of towels, including beach towels.Lots of toys for kids, kayaks and a canoe.I can't think of anything else this place needed.One very refreshing detail that I noticed was that there was no list of things for us to accomplish prior to check out.Mike and Jo truly just want you to enjoy your vacation.Can't wait to see you again next year.

This is a peaceful, lovely sanctuary overlooking a private lake. Hosts are warm and friendly dog lovers, the place is spotless and very comfortable. If this looks too good to true- believe your eyes this time. We will be back!

This is a Cape Cod gem. We enjoyed the quiet of the private beach and the singing of the many birds. The property was spotless and much larger than we expected. We like that our fur baby was welcome too. Our hosts were amazing and so eager to make sure that we had all we needed and were comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the Cape. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a very nice, relaxing stay. The apartment was just as described, the owners friendly and helpful, the scenery was lovely. Great location for exploring our favorite areas of the cape.
