Il est situĂ© dans le quartier calme de Park East Square et est situĂ© juste sur la piste cyclable de Boulder. Boulder compte actuellement environ 400 miles de pistes cyclables dans toute la ville, ce qui est amusant pour visiter la ville et les sorties en famille. Le condo est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de Baseline Rd. et Arapahoe Rd. oĂč vous trouverez le centre commercial 29th Street et plusieurs zones commerçantes de Boulder. Chataqua Park et Sanitas Trail sont deux des sentiers de randonnĂ©e les plus populaires qui se trouvent Ă  5-10 minutes en voiture du dĂ©but du sentier depuis le condo. Le condo est de 1000 pieds carrĂ©s, un niveau avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain, cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et salon / divertissement, climatisation / chauffage central, poĂȘle Ă  bois et balcon avant. L'espace de vie a un canapĂ© en coupe et une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec lecteur DVD et chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o. La chambre principale a un lit king size en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire qui est trĂšs confortable et spacieux. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit double avec un surmatelas en plumes, Ă©galement trĂšs confortable. Condo pour 4 personnes, idĂ©al pour deux couples ou une famille de quatre personnes. Tous les draps sont fournis ainsi que du shampoing, du savon pour les mains et des Ă©pices de cuisine gratuits.

Pour les mois d'été, il y a une piscine de quartier avec vue sur la montagne à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée. Ce condo a la climatisation centrale.

This property was very comfortable and we felt right at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was well cleaned and had personal touches that I really loved! This property was also very close to a walking and biking trail, perfect for a crisp morning walk. When we visit our daughter again, I hope to be able to book this home again!

Very enjoyable stay. The king sized bed was very comfortable. I loved that there is both central A/C and heat as we used both during the week in October. Also loved the little patio/deck to hang out outside. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

Great apartment and location. Hassle free check, directions and parking. I was here to move my daughter into her apartment for college. We are from Louisiana, so we needed a space close to UC. The place was extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you need(and I cook everyday). I was not aware that it had stairs. I went back to the description and couldn't locate it. We needed access to unload a few things, but the stairs had us rethink our plan. Everything worked out perfectly. The host was amazing, although we didn't need to contact her as everything was spot on.I would definitely stay here again. It is across the street from UC and within a mile or two from Pearl Street, amazing restaurants and shops.The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and friendly.

Perfect and wonderful! The condo was so comfortable, had absolutely everything we needed, and was so clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the main room felt spacious, with plenty of seating for the three of us. It was nice to sit on the porch with a drink and to have dinner outside. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was a bonus and was lovely and refreshing on the hot days we had. It was easy to get to the CU campus, even without a car. I took the trail down to Colorado Avenue and jumped on the Stampede bus that took me to the main campus for free. Jennifer was so accommodating and patient with me. I would love to stay there again.

Lovely, clean and well-stocked condo with parking in a very long, quiet cul de sac. There are no restaurants/shops of any sort walking distance but we had a car and everything we needed was about 10 minutes away only. One issue was a miscommunication that prevented us from being able to access the community pool until end of the day our last night - none of the communications explained that a key was required to access the pool at any time or indicated where the key could be obtained (it had been inside a small container on one of the top shelves in the laundry room - a guest would have never been able to find it on their own). After 2 messages via VRBO asking about how to access the pool went unanswered, we ultimately got a hold of someone by phone and she kindly got us an answer so we could get the key and use the pool before leaving. The pool is really worthwhile - the view is stunning from there! Also, though the calendar showed no guest booked for the same day we were leaving, when I asked if we could check out at noon instead of 10am because my daughter had online class from 9-12pm, they were unwilling to accommodate (I was told it was due to cleaning staff). I understand it's not always possible to accommodate such a request, but they could have at least offered to let my daughter sit outside on the front porch entrance to use the wifi, especially since we didn't see the cleaning crew there at 10am anyway. Other than those two issues, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location next to CU campus

My friend and I spent two nights here while we had a recertification class at CU's campus. Very clean rental. it was simple and what we needed to have our own bedrooms, a kitchen for our meals, and a comfortable living room space for the evenings. My only feedback was that the host was difficult to get ahold of prior to our stay. I sent a few messages through VRBO concerning our reservation with a looming snowstorm but never heard back. Thankfully we were able to make it from Wyoming ahead of the storm.

wonderful access to CU-Boulder

We really appreciated this pet-friendly stay that was just steps from the science campus of CU-Boulder. The neighborhood and walking trail access is top notch. The kitchen was also well-stocked with every utensil, spice or appliance one could need during our stay.

Because of this property's central location, you will have access to almost every outdoor activity imaginable to Colorado within close proximity. The property itself is located right on Boulder's bike path as well. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. For those parents wanting to visit their children during football season and graduation, this is the perfect rental because it is only a 10 minute walk to campus/2 minute drive. This property is also conveniently located close to Foothills Parkway which also makes it much easier to get out of down to Denver or the mountains if you'll be traveling elsewhere.
