We were a group of 13 (8 adults, 5 kids). We had a great time. Area is quiet and peaceful. Every bedroom has its own bathroom only area for improvement is the WiFi. When all 5 kids were in the WiFi you could watch tv.

Family fun Vacation

I couldn’t be more pleased with this home. It was as advertised and more. We had 12 people and there beds and bathrooms available for everyone. Molly Kreiss and her husband were wonderful to deal with. Our only suggestion would be to add some window covering for the loft area. It gets quite bright up there in the morning. I highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Galena!

Our family had a fantastic time at this lovely property. Great location, great amenities. Molly was an exceptional host and we had everything we needed, including access to the hot tub and the owner's club pool on some of the hottest days of the year. Thx!

Celebration Extravaganza

This house was perfect for our family of 14 celebrating a 75th birthday. From 14 years of age to 80, we all enjoyed billiards, fooz ball and the hot tub. Six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a loft with extra beds. A well stocked kitchen and several tables for games and meals. The hostess Molly was very pleasant and accommodating. Location was excellent!

Spacious home

The owner was extremely responsive and addressed all issues and questions. The home's 6 bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our large family to stay, we enjoyed the hot tub and the large tables for dining and games.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!

The house was better than it looked online and it perfectly suited my family and my sister's whole family for Christmas. Molly was an amazing host, super helpful, on top of everything, extremely nice, easy to work with and made us feel pampered. We are looking forward to returning next year to enjoy another amazing weekend in Galena. I can't praise this house or host enough.

Sixth Annual Nana’s Noel

Annual family get together the weekend before Christmas. This is our second year at this property. We especially like the dining room set up with the three large high tops that are totally open to the kitchen/living room. Extra beds in the loft are great. Love that there is a Christmas tree up. We cook a lot! G try had kitchen is well stocked.

Perfect Place

This place is fantastic! So spacious and cute, with a great location to back it up. We enjoyed our time here and visited the waterfall and downtown Galena as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful Space w/Ensuite Bathrooms

We were a group of 12 friends, 6 couples. The house worked great for us. The best feature was the privacy w/en-suite bathrooms and king beds. The dining space was spacious. We cooked most meals. The kitchen lighting could be improved, with under cabinet lighting and a stove light. It was dark and challenging for us cooks. The location is great, especially if you’re a golfer. We didn’t golf, but we still enjoyed the area and fall foliage. Molly was pleasant and a great host. She was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We would definitely recommend her house for a large group.

Birthday Weekend

Wonderful house to celebrate our matriarch’s 90th birthday, as well as three of her children’s 59th, 66th and 68th birthdays - we call our Galena birthday weekend. Very spacious, VERY well equipped and very clean. Great outdoors amenities.

Great for Reunions!

The property manager was fantastic. Very responsive and thoughtful. The house got oohs and aahs from the whole family! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to dine together. I give it rave reviews!

Galena trip

We had a wonderful stay in Galena, and part due to the wonderful facilities and amenities of the VRBO. Molly was an excellent hostess, and we found the home and great shape when we arrived. The home served as a base for all of our expeditions out and about Jo Davies county and Galena. All in all, we had a wonderful time and the owner of the home went out of her way to make it that way.

Perfect family getaway!

Our family stayed here for Easter weekend There were 13 of us ages from 18-80 ! We had a wonderful time the home is absolutely beautiful with every amenity you could ask for Each bedroom has its own bathroom too The location is perfect also not too far in from the main entrance pool table hot tub so much for everyone we cooked a big italian dinner for Easter the kitchen is fully stocked from pots to measuring cups. Check in and out was effortless and Molly left instructions and was available if needed We had a wonderful time making such great memories if you have a large group look no further this is the perfect home if 10 stars were an option I’d give all 10’s. We will definitely be back next time we head to Galena ~ Thank you Molly!

Amazing girls weekend

The house is lovely with a great kitchen and tons of seating area. The beds are in good shape and they are situated nicely. The hot tub was amazing and the kids loved watching golfers come down the fairway. Plus, the hosts were amazing! It was truly an amazing escape.

Amazing Home!!!

My friends and I loved this house - it was perfect for us!!! And - Beautiful!!! We wish the weather would have cooperated so we could use the hot tub - but there's always next time! We are already talking about returning!
