Situé à l'extrémité nord de l'île Tybee, le 37B offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan (entrée de la rivière Savannah) et Hilton Head, ainsi que sur des courts de tennis éclairés, des installations de piscine et un barbecue à gaz avec aire de pique-nique. Les propriétaires ont pris leur temps pour vous assurer que cet appareil a tout ce qu'il faut pour de belles vacances. Situé au 2ème étage, la vue sur la plage est incroyable. Depuis le magnifique porche, vous pouvez accéder à la fois au salon et à la chambre principale. Le salon dispose d'une télévision par câble, porte en verre sortir d'un balcon privé et ouvert zone de salle à manger coulissant. La cuisine est équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme à la maison. Pleine taille réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, cafetière, beaucoup de plats, pots et casseroles, argenterie et laveuse et sécheuse. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen avec salle de bain privée maître, TV et porte coulissante en verre qui mène à votre privé couvert 7 X 35 pont, avec vue sur l'eau. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et accès à une salle de bains privée. Parking couvert pour 2 véhicules.

Love the pool. I was not aware there's an elevator in that specific building in the complex, so that was a huge plus bring luggage up and down. We love Lighhouse Point

It was a great stay. Clean condo, pool nearby and parking available. Just need to change out the mattress in the master bedroom, it is uncomfortable.

Good view of beach and good location of condo unit. Note that parking in unit is a little tight. You can park at pool just around the corner, but something to consider if you will have more than one vehicle.

Getaway on Tybee Island

Place was great for 4 ladies. Very clean and Close to walk to the beach and nice views of channel to see the container ships. I would definitely stay there again.

Great spot

It was a very clean unit in a great location. On the north end of the island, it is away from crowds but close to plenty of restaurants and a short drive to Savannah.

Good location and property. Walk to the actual beach was quite long, especially hauling all the "toddler" accoutrements. Elevator was out of service the entire trip which was unfortunate - the elevator was one of the top reasons for reserving this property. Parking was tight for a large SUV.

Cargo Ships

I love watching the cargo ships heading in and out of port and this condo had the perfect view. The condo was clean and convenient. We rented a golf cart which made traveling on the island much easier. Would stay again!

We love staying at Lighthouse Point. The atmosphere is amazing and it’s close to everything. The unit we stayed in could have been cleaner, but nothing bad enough to ruin our trip.

Tybee time at Lighthouse Point

We really enjoyed our stay at 37B. The kitchen would benefit having a few more pieces of cutlery, measuring cups, and placemats. Other than that, we loved the view and the table on the deck.

Room and Sheets were dirty. View was ok. Not pleased. We also had a death in family and left a day early and was told we could not receive a refund for the one night that was not used since they already paid the owner. This is not acceptable and we will not stay there again. I wish I had a recourse to get some of my money back cause what we thought we going to have was not even close. And, I have stayed at TLH for many years and am a Native Savannahian.

We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the cleanliness of the room and sheets. This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold, and we will be addressing your concerns directly with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the refund for your early departure, we understand how frustrating this must feel. Our reservation policy, which is shared at the time of booking, outlines that refunds for early departures are not typically granted, especially when the property has been pre-paid to the owner. That said, we do try to handle each situation with compassion, and we regret that we were unable to make an exception in this case. As a long-time guest of TLH and a fellow Savannahian, your feedback carries significant weight, and we’re genuinely sorry to have let you down. While we may not be able to change your recent experience, we hope you’ll give us an opportunity in the future to make things right.

Fun and convenient

The condo was comfortable and not extravagant (with kids, we’re wary of decor that seems too precious or breakable). The location is unbeatable and our kids loved the pool! Porch closet was full of beach chairs to borrow and we also enjoyed the gas grills to cook out one night of our stay.

Comfy and convenient

Enjoyed the stay! Nice sized rooms and very clean. Couldn’t use parking space…much narrower than the other allotted spots for other units. Everything else was great.
