Absolutely beautiful!

We watched dolphins every day for hours. The location was absolutely perfect and room was extremely cozy and clean.

What a location!!!!

Condo was very clean, the view was incredible, Kitchen had everything you need, even a Ice maker on refrigerator door. The year long residents of the Condo complex were really great.

Wonderful vacation

Fantastic ocean and ocean view. Condo was just as described. Would have been great if we could have been in walking distance to all the action. Had to drive everywhere and parking was hard to find. Would consider this condo again if it was small dog friendly. Would definitely recommend this condo.

March '23 Spring Break

Loved the condo! Gorgeous view. So close to the water. Lots of room and very comfy. Awesome shower in the master bedroom. Some updating of the bath had been completed recently. The only complaint was the leaky older coffee pot, the sparse dishes/utensils, and ice machine/water not working in the fridge. Not worth complaining about but owners should know. Looking forward to visiting and staying here again soon!!

Relaxing Retreat

My husband and I stayed in this clean, updated, and well appointed condo and have nothing but good things to say. The owner provided some thoughtful touches as well. We saw dolphins every morning and evening as we enjoyed sitting on the lanai, the beach was not crowded at all (and this is high season), the property has a great walkover to the beach complete with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. The pool was not crowded either. The parking space is a bit tricky since it’s next to the elevator hand rail and is tight for larger vehicles to maneuver into, but we never had a problem parking in one of the unreserved spots nearby. I have previously stayed mid island and on the South end, and loved the peace and tranquility of the North end of the island. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Nice and relaxing

The condo was clean except for the master toilet which was stopped up when we arrived. However, the maintenance man came before we even called about it, so the cleaning department must have reported it. The only problem I had was the smoking. We were told the entire property was non smoking. Yet people were smoking around the pool and on their balconies. We couldn’t sit on our balcony some of the time because of the smoke.

Wonderful place

Everything here was wonderful, the location is a bit off the beaten path but for us was perfect because town is literally a mile away, the only major complaint we had here was the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom, they’ve got to do something about that!! Despite this, they view was amazing, dolphins were swimming daily, and the place was quiet. The only suggestion I would have for people is to go online and book your golf cart way ahead of time. We were lucky and snagged one for our last two days. Tybee is a chill place with friendly locals, other tourists were also very relaxed too. Would def stay again.

Very comfortable, fabulous ocean front views from balcony

We loved this place. Great location and easy beach access. Comfortably furnished great master suite. Only draw back was kitchen’s lack of decent pots, pans, utensils, and ancient toaster! Pathetic! Don’t plan on cooking anything if you stay there.

Cold weather put a damper on stay

The location is great. Suggest that for the price there be a better shower head. More upscale! DVD player and CD player may be older technology, but once again,...for the price, are hoped/expected to be available.

Bayview

Nice property, could have used more wine glasses. Only 2 in a 2 bedroom. With the sleeper sofa, property could have slept 6 people. There should have been enough kitchen supplies for that amount of people. Contacted rental agency immediately, said they would bring glasses by. They never did!

Tybee Island North River Beach

The property is very nice for family with beach access and swimming pool just steps away. This unit is dated and has the bare minimum of essentials. One room didn’t have a dresser and one all the dressers had broken drawers with mismatched handles. We will stay at Bay Villas again but look for a different condo.

Family vacation with teenagers

The views from this property were wonderful .. great access to the beach.. we could see our teenagers at the ocean from our patio.. set up of the condo was perfect .. offers a little privacy for all parties. Quiet beach on the north end .. we saw dolphins every morning. A quick drive to downtown Savannah or to the Island restaurants . We used the kitchen a lot and I wish they would have provided a few more dishwashing packets but the washer and dryer in the condo meant we didn’t bring home sandy clothes.

Had a GREAT time !

awesome views ! beds comfortable, quiet stay - basically clean condo but sofas need to be cleaned. April - Pool was cold - heater would have been nice. We did not use the pool but we laid out on the nice pool lounge chairs. GREAT local food. Didn't want to leave Tybee Island. We would definitely consider staying here again :-)
