Come stay in our clean, welcoming home in downtown Waco! This brand new home (2022) with COLD A/C is a 6 minute drive to Magnolia Market Silos and 8 minute drive to Baylor. Cameron Park Zoo is only 2 minutes away! Our 3 bed (plus pack-n-play), 2 bath has plenty of space and amenities to feel at home. This is the perfect place for a family to stay or a group of friends to getaway and explore all that Waco has to offer! We look forward to providing a relaxing and comfortable stay for you and your guests.

Almost everything in the house is brand new, including the mattresses and linens. You can enjoy staying in historic downtown Waco among 100yr old homes, in the coziness of 21st century comfort and eco friendly efficiency. Upon arriving you will see some beautiful authentic farmhouse relics in the front flowerbed from our Grandmother's farm- about 1hr up the road. The house has a private fenced in backyard in a nice quiet neighborhood for you to enjoy. We have a fully stocked kitchen for anything you would like to cook. You will notice in the bedrooms some custom headboards we made ourselves from an old shipping crate. In the closet you will find some hand stitched quilts made from our Grandmother and Aunts. If you look closely you can see the charming imperfections!

We are a quick drive or Uber almost anywhere you need to be in 5-10mins.

There is a twin air mattress and toddler (3yr+) air mattress available for use. This does not add to the 6 guest max capacity. Additional guests will be subject to penalty fees at owner discretion.

Please respect our home as if it were your own, so we can keep it looking brand new for guests to come.

Please note we are 100% smoke and vape free inside and outside the house. If either is detected, there will be a fee of $50-$500.

Rest easy knowing we are an officially licensed Short Term Rental with the City of Waco. We have passed a life safety inspection among other stringent requirements.

Great location

We came to Waco for a mini vacation and the house among the many great things we experienced. It’s super close to the zoo which was one of our destinations and central to many other things. Had great stay! Very cute and cozy

Very clean and cozy. Easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. The other house in the are are somewhat run down, but this place is updated, clean, and cozy.

The house was amazing, it was in a nice location close to everything. Very cute on the inside, all beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great for cooking meals. Check in and out were super easy. We liked it!

Super close to everything! The white binder was a huge help! Followed many suggestions including the best place for pit BBQ and Ice Cream Tacos. Home is lovely with plenty of space for the whole family. Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect for our girls weekend

The house was so cute and spacious. Close to everything we wanted to go do. I even worked a little and the wifi speed was excellent. William was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. 😊

Very nice, modern home

Home was very nice on the inside. Everything inside looked pretty new and very clean. A slight hiccup with check-in. We received the instructions after check-in time, but it was quickly resolved. Thanks for a great stay!

Great House

We loved the house! So new and beautiful. We loved all the amenities in the house and the decor is beautiful. This home is close to the Silos, HEB, and restaurants. The information binder was great and the restaurant recommendations were on point. We enjoyed a restful stay in the home during our visit. Definitely recommend if you are visiting Waco!

Very cute house in a slightly sketchy neighborhood

The neighborhood was run down, and we were a little nervous about the safety of our surroundings outside. The house was absolutely lovely: clean, well decorated, welcoming and comfortable. Magnolia attractions were within a 10-minute drive.

Thank you for your 5 star review! This is a testament to our over 140 5-star nights booked so far in 2023 without any reports of issues. In fact, we are on the same block as a church and an elementary school. Waco was founded in the 1800’s and any place you’ll stay this close to downtown is a mixture of old and new. We are proud to be a part of the revitalization!

Super Clean & Comfy

Communication was prompt & any issue we had was quickly resolved. A quiet area with some older homes that appear to be part of a revitalization effort (?) Felt safe in the home. The primary bedroom is extra large for a house this size, very nice surprise! Updated appliances & access to washer & dryer made it a comfy stay for our group of 3. Would stay again 👍

Great space for our getaway

As mentioned by others previously the location gave us pause but we had zero issues. No one bothered us. It was very convenient and easy to get around to and from in Waco. Communication with owner was excellent and very quick. We only had minor issues requiring us to ask questions. Cleanliness overall was great, we only had a couple of concerns with linens that seemed to have been used but there were extra. We had everything we needed and it was spacious and quiet-except for the cats outside talking to each other :)

Thank you! Our new, clean home is nestled in historic downtown. So some homes are over 100yrs old. This is typical for anywhere this close to all the attractions. Waco is in the heart of revitalization and we are proud to be a part of it!
