Relax with the whole family. This pet friendly home has a private gradual entry sandy beach with a swimming platform and a boat dock. Perfect for a swim after a fun day. Have coffee and listen to the loons from the deck. Dinner on the large picnic table at the lower deck. Explore the lake with our two kayaks. Awesome Bass fishing ! Perfect space for a large or multiple families. 40 minutes to Portland. Minutes to Town with any amenities you may need. Close to amazing restaurants and kid friendly activities. Saturday to Saturday rentals only July and August.

The space
Super Cozy and comfy. The main level has a queen bedroom with TV. Living room, full bath, well appointed full kitchen and dining area with beautiful views of the lake. The lower level has a queen bedroom with private full bath. A sitting area with TV, foosball ,and kitchenette with a double door walkout to the lake front . The upper level has a large bedroom with 4 Twins and TV for the kiddos and also a quiet home office space. Perfect for a large family and extended or two families looking to make some great memories.

Other things to note
7 day rentals only Saturday-Saturday for July and August. Did you see the jukebox for dance night ? All our Roku TVs have Netflix for cuddles and movies. Main level air conditioning to keep things comfy. Catch bass right off the dock or take the kayaks out to explore the lake. A fenced kennel area is also available to keep your fuzzy family members safe.

Wonderful vacation cottage

I just spent a fantastic week with family. Location of the cottage makes for great kayaking and fishing. Warm weather and beautiful nights around the fire are memories we won't forget.

This property and our stay was absolutely awesome. The home itself was comfortable, homey, neat, complete with the accessories identified in the write up. Ray left firewood for a camp fire, sticks and the makings for s'mores. The two kayaks were used all day long for trips around the pond, fishing for bass, and for pulling our inner tubes that had our less skilled swimmers in them. The dock area, swim beach walk out, and off shore float not only provided hours of fun, but a time for learning. Our group of eight ranged in age from 79 to 8. Not only did my grandsons learn the various swimming strokes from swimming from float to shore, they learned how to paddle the kayaks, and use a paddle board that we rented. Everyone did some fishing and the younger adults snorkeled. Evenings were spent playing games, foos ball , and listening to songs from that old juke box Ray mentions. We were able to take several "night time swims" as well utilizing the outdoor lights that lit up the back yard and dock area. The water was warm and clear. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants all close by as was an 18 hole miniature golf course and playground. Ray was an excellent host. He contacted us the week before our trip to answer questions we might have and to review his policies. He checked in on us on our Saturday arrival date and again the day before our departure. We have been lake vacationing for many years - ME,NH,NY,MA - this trip was great!

I can’t say enough good things about our recent stay! This rental checked all of the right boxes and we will def. book it again next year!! Pros: + Exactly as described and pictured in the listing + Comfortable furnishings + Water was extremely clean and unbelievably warm + Sandy beach is perfect for wading in; swim float anchored not far from shore + Dog friendly đŸ¶ + 3 floors of living space so everyone could spread out and have some privacy + Bigger than expected backyard that was mostly flat so great for playing frisbee and fetch + Well equipped kitchen with bonus kitchen downstairs + Finished basement with lower level walkout + Included bed linens + bath towels + Only 20 minutes from big box stores in case you forget something During our stay we had an issue with one of the appliances in the kitchen which was promptly addressed by the host. A+ for the response time and remedy. Tips: *Bring inflatable swim floats or noodles *After the sun goes down, don’t forget to apply bug spray if you want to roast s’mores *Use clothes line in backyard to quickly dry towels *Check out selection of board games in the basement for fun family game night
