Welcome to Patiokee Place! Located less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, this cozy, yet roomy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house sleeps 6, with 2 queens and a pullout sofa. The enclosed front porch has a dedicated work space and a spacious kitchen makes food prep easy! Laundry is on site. Enjoy the private screened back porch for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Come and relax at Patiokee Place!

Great location

Comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood, great for taking a walk or bike ride. Wonderful back porch to have a lazy afternoon!Easy walk to grocery store and restaurant for breakfast!

Charming and Comfortable Place

Very Clean and comfortable stay. Everything we needed was supplied. Less than a five minute drive to downtown Stuart. Host was kind and quick to respond. We can’t wait to book this place again, it made visiting Stuart a perfect mini vacation experience for us.

Florida fine hospitality

From start to finish great host experience. Matt is on top of his game. Great location to all. Dinning, riverwalk and short drive to the beach. 3rd stay under Matts roofs.

Homey, clean and COMFORTABLE and secure!!!

From the first step into the house until our leaving at the end of the week we couldn’t have selected a more comfortable and clean abode for our week long vacation! Enjoyed visiting on the back screened in porch both in the morning and evening. The beds were quite comfortable as were the other furniture pieces. The decor was tasteful and delightful. We always felt safe as the locks and doors were solid. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Charming Florida Retreat

This older home has been tastefully redone. We throughly enjoyed our stay!! The owners take great pride in the property and it shows. It’s located is an older, well cared for south Florida type neighborhood on a large lot. It was private and quiet while being centrally located. The screened-in back porch was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Everything about this home was quaint and charming. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Not really walking distance to town.

Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Was bigger than expected. The screened in porch was very nice. The only very annoying thing was the loud bathroom fan that turns on with the light switch. Plus the fan didnt do its job. A quieter fan would be appreciated

Patiokee Place is Perfection!

This property is even better than its photos and description. The location is excellent. It is in a quite neighborhood yet less than two blocks from a Publix and other amenities. You could walk to downtown Stuart.The cottage was very clean and provided everything you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen was fully stocked including sharp knives and 3 cutting boards. A clothes steamer was available in addition to the washer/ dryer and iron. The living room and each bedroom had a smart tv.I plan to vacation in Stuart again and would definitely want to rent this VRBO. I doubt that you will find a bettter rental.
