The condo was in a great location. We could watch boats on the Manistee River from the balcony and walk to downtown. The beach is only a short drive away with plenty of free parking. There is also easy access to the River Walk. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location and accommodations!

6 middle aged women golfing, shopping, enjoying Manistee. This was a fantastic location and the accommodations were perfect! Manistee is thriving and the service people are super welcoming. Enjoyed it immensely.

Weekend Away

We love this place. Manistee has enough to keep you entertained for a weekend and everything is walking distance from this great spot. We even had the awesome experience of a Great Lakes vessel passing through the drawbridge one morning!

Beautiful Place

We had a great getaway in this beautiful and very clean condo. It was well stocked and in a great location. It was fun watching boats go by and just a short walk to Main Street for shopping and dining or to the boardwalk for a stroll. Corinn was great at getting us the information needed and it was super simple once we arrived.

Rug hooking camp

Every year we come to Manistee for a rug hooking getaway at Little River Casino. Your place is do convenient for us. We have stayed there 5 years now. Love being on the river.

This is a beautiful corner unit on the second floor of River's Edge Condominiums. There is a generous, open living and kitchen area, and it's nicely appointed. Great shopping and restaurants only blocks away. Highly recommend this property. It is also a great launch location for visiting other towns north, such as Acadia, Frankfort, etc.Beautiful Lake Michigan beaches minutes down the road, with tons of parking and ease of access. My sisters and I had a great time!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Central air, laundry, hair dryers, coffee maker. Cable service and WIFI, with smart TV is included.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, ice maker, blender, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, iron/ironing board, and a starter set of paper products.

LOCATION: The condo is centrally located in downtown Manistee with easy access to River Street and the downtown food and shopping. You can drive to a Lake Michigan Beach in minutes… or hop on the River Walk and take a long walk to First Street Beach.

PARKING: There is a parking lot to the rear of the building and you will have one designated parking spot. Additional parking is available in the public lot across the street. The building does have secure security doors and the access code is provided 24 hours prior to check in.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Any request for late check out or early check in will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. A booking agreement will be collected at the time of booking.
