Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. On the down side, the wi-fi was terrible (don’t rely on working from there), the house is in a poor condition (for example, the kitchen faucet was really hard to swivel and it was leaking), and we had to wait for more than 45 minutes after the checking time because the cleaning crew was not ready.

Great location, not the nicest home

Good amount of space, well stocked kitchen/bathroom/bedroom, very convenient location for shopping at Santana Row and Westfield Valley Fair, great amount of parking, easy to get in and out of the home, and beds are very comfortable. The home has a very strange and strong odor to it which was hard to get over, and the bathroom is not the most clean. The house is on the older side too. Overall, worked for our stay but isn’t the best option out there for the price.

Solid spot

Solid spot - about as close to Santana Row as it gets without being literally on top of it.Owner was quick to respond to any issues.

Perfect stay!

My husband and I stayed here with a portion of our bridal party for our wedding weekend and it was perfect. Check in and out were SO easy. All the beds were comfortable. Our dogs and nephew loved the yard. AND, the hosts were amazing. They responded quickly and made any accommodations they could manage. They even left my husband and I a gift as a congratulations for our marriage. 1000% recommend this stay.

Condemned property infested and filthy

This guy advertised his home as having a hot tub, then said it was jacuzzi jets in the bathtub, and when the photo didn’t show jets then said oops he just got mixed up. The house is infested with spiders and termites, the doors are rusted shut, there are no smoke alarms (they’re removed and pieces are hanging), the tv is hanging on 2 nails, the sliding glass door is broken, there’s a filthy mattress blocking the door, there are missing planks in the fence (so no way my dog is safe), there is outdoor plugs throughout the house, the ceiling is caving in, and there is dog feces stains and smell throughout the house. I’ll be checking to ensure my post does not get deleted. None of this matters since the city posted a sign declaring the home at for demolition that the owner tried to remove but most of it is still there.
