After a day of beach-combing and sandcastles, take the elevator up to easily access this 21st-floor vacation rental, then step inside to spread out in comfort and tranquility. Make your way into the sparkling, full kitchen, complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances, and whip up a delicious dinner to enjoy out on your furnished balcony or mix a refreshing drink at your wet bar. Sink into the sofa bed in the living area and stream your favorite movies and shows on the TV while the central air-conditioning keeps everyone nice and cool.

When evening falls, get some friends together in the on-site hot tub then wrap up the night with a glass of wine back out on the balcony.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
