This is a great location to stay with lots of amenities. We typically visit around new years so the indoor pools and hot tub are a must. This particular unit does not have a keurig coffee maker but it does have a drip pot. Everything else was as expected for this resort. Communication with Vacasa through the app was lacking. If you are booking through VRBO and Vacasa is managing the unit be sure to get your questions answered up front. All said we will be back to this resort. Do be aware that parking is on the opposite side of the road and it does cost 40 for the week.

I stayed for two nights.

The condo was great. Everything was as pictured. The view was gorgeous. Every room was clean. The second bedroom had a brown stain on the white blankets, so I would recommend that the owners just replace those blankets. The only thing of note is that the condo is very close to the elevators and you can hear the elevators in transition all throughout the condo, day and night. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would recommend this unit.

My Stay

Didn’t have a bad time but the elevators had a bit of a wait and made SCARY noises. Only issue I had was when we were leaving we definitely felt rushed. The maid was there 30 minutes early. And was there the second it hit 10. 7/10

Overall a great stay!

Loved being so close to the beach and all of the amenities offered. The room was clean and comfortable. The elevator sucks, next time we won’t stay so high up. The parking garage was pretty full so find a good spot and stay there! Suggest you grocery shop before you get to the touristy location!

Condo was poorly staffed in kitchen. Needs more silverware and cookware. For older people, you need to get rid of the smart TV and get regular cable. Could not get local news or local channels. Just in living room, bedrooms was ok for TV.

Weekend trip

We just spent the weekend in this condo. It was nice, and had an excellent view. Some of the cabinet doors were hanging though so I made sure to take pictures that way no damages could be blamed. Other than that, no complaints for the actual room itself. As for the resort itself, it was really nice but the elevators seemed to take forever. Waiting almost 30 minutes or more anytime you needed to get on. Unfortunately I won’t book through Vacasa ever again. Their staff was rude, took forever to get ahold of someone when something was wrong with the room, and it just had poor qualities all around.

It was okay


Overall the stay was nice and people were super nice. However, the room was pretty nasty. There were ants in the kitchen, the dishwasher had an already used washing tab in it from previous guests, the room on the right had black mold covering the whole entire window, and there was dirty q-tips in the bathroom. When we arrived I didn’t receive an email for the code to the shared door. I sat on the phone for about an hour and they were very helpful. It was just frustrating that we didn’t receive everything we needed. I was honestly kind of disappointed
.the majestic is a wonderful place to book a condo I just would suggest to book through somewhere else and not Vacasa.

Needs some TLC

The AC was terrible and the worst design ever for a condo on the beach!! The balcony door has to be locked in order for it to run so you would either sacrifice AC or lock someone else on the balcony. This was in December so just imagine in the heat of summer. The carpet in the bedrooms was disgusting and some of the cabinets in the kitchen were barely hanging on. I booked a last minute NYE trip so not many options but if this one is comparable in price and you have another choice I would NOT choose this one!!

The best thing was the Wi-Fi. The carpets STINK and were wet upon arrival. The owner should invest in a more sanitary laminate/hardwood option. The odor as soon as you open the door takes your breath away. (and not in a good way!) There is a full size bed, not a queen as advertised, and the master bed frame really needs to be replaced. Your master bedroom is backed up to an elevator shaft that you can hear all night. The water heater runs cold after one bath is drawn. No sleep and cold showers was really disappointing for our family vacation. Other than that, the location is great, parking was easy. We spent most of our time avoiding the stinky condo though!

Never Again, Not Ever

It took us 2 hours to get into the Unit because Vacasa Mgmt gave us the wrong doors. The floors were dirty. The carpets were discussing. They were worn down to the threads. The ceiling fan had a layer of dust on them. The TV in the living room didnt work. The remote did not work on that TV. The dishwasher was rusted out. The towels u could see thru them. There was mold on the bathroom tub. It couldnt be cleaned because someone put clear caulking over the mold. We couldn't sit on the couch because it was extremely dirty. It looked like someone had puked on the couch. I have pictures.

Do not stay here.

This place needs a complete overhaul. Walls and floors are filthy. Mold on shower, shower curtain, floors. Blood stains and other stains on couch and chairs dirty. Kept shoes on entire time there. Threw blankets over furniture to sit on it. Air conditioner didn’t work until finally someone fixed it on the 4th day. Trundle bed sheets never got changed from previous tenants and looked like pieces of dead skin and stains on it. Some dark stains all over bed skirt and carpet by bed. Cabinets falling off hinges. And the toilet would not flush. Put request in for all of these things to be fixed on first day. 2nd day toilet got fixed and the maintenance guy took off the bed skirt and took down the shower curtain and called cleaning people himself which she was very hateful to him. Two ladies came and took pictures of everything and took the dirty linens except for the trundle bed. Said they didn’t have clean sheets for that one. And they left us a see through shower liner. We put towels down next to bed so we wouldn’t step on carpet and to hide the stains. I called everyday to complain. They didn’t have another room for us and kept saying they were going to refund us. Finally fourth day is when air got fixed and we still haven’t received any kind of refund. I would give it zero stars if it would let me. The beach is nice. The hotel doesn’t have enough elevators to compensate for all the people. The pool was always too crowded to use. Won’t be back.

Beautiful condo but not well maintained or cleaned

The condo has an amazing view. Unfortunately the condo had mold through out thw bathrooms especially in thw shower heads, kitchen cupboard was broke, floors left out feet black, counter tops were not washed down a sticky substance was by the coffee pot, stained couch and curtain, bedroom carpets were soaking wet still damp when we left and was smelling musty. Such a nice condo to have it so dirty.

There was mold on the shower heads, mildew on the shower curtains, mold in one of the bathtubs, and a stain on a bed skirt and it was obvious it had not been washed. I contacted Vacasa and was assured the appropriate people would be told. No one ever came to address these issues. I notified them of the issue upon arrival. Five days later the mildew and mold were never cleaned up.

Unit is not bad, but experience we had is very very poor.

I like the location and view, but very poor service, noticed water leak on third day of stay, called to customer service and placed a request to maintenance to come and check what is wrong, been told by agent to stay in the unit and wait for call from them, but didn't receive any calls in 5 days, whole vacation was ruined for whole group, woke up on 6th day of vacation water was in the bedroom, wet carpet and our clothes were wet and stinky, I made another call and this is when co-owner showed up and we been asked to move to another apartment as our vacation was ruined we had to leave. It is 5 days as we left and I had no calls, no emails even I did send email and it is no respond. No offers, no nothing, nobody cares about you. Very poor service, unfortunately.
