This charming studio condo is one of 10 delightful units, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a relaxing escape. Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the vibrant coastline, with the beach just across the street!

● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: East end of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Just a few steps from Seawall Blvd. and the beach!

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: One assigned parking spot per unit.

This bright and airy open-floor plan condo maximizes space and comfort. A comfortable queen bed ensures a restful night`s sleep after a day of beach adventures. Need to accommodate an extra guest? No problem! The full-size sofa bed offers additional sleeping arrangements. Unwind and relax in the living area, featuring a 45-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals or heat up leftovers after a fun day exploring Galveston. Freshen up in the sleek bathroom, featuring a luxurious walk-in, glass-enclosed shower.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Great location. Place was clean but needs some updating. Very small bathroom but overall good. I wouldn’t rent again mainly because with access to the beach view no windows to see out. Felt like staying in a small box.

The beach view was great. Walked to some surrounding areas. A can of paint was found on the kitchen counter and a screw was found on the floor. There was not enough towels and washcloths provided.

3 day weekend

The location was nice. The first night we discovered the WiFi did not work and there was not cold water in the unit. I told the host about these issues and the host responded almost immediately saying they would resolve the issues. Day 2 I followed up and she assured me it would be fixed. Day 3 still nothing. Sun burns and hot water is not a good memory for my beach weekend.
