Quintessential, charming beach cottage, just steps to the sun, surf, sand and The Strand! Experience So Cal beach living at its finest, with one of the most sought after locations on a Hermosa Beach walk street. Also just a few steps to Hermosa Ave, and 2 blocks south of Hermosa Pier, full of TONS of dining, shopping, nightlife, and fun. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath detached front cottage also features a large front patio with cozy fire pit for round-the-clock, round-the-year indoor-outdoor living!

PRIVATE FRONT PATIO: The large front patio is for your home's exclusive use! It's along the awesome Hermosa Beach "walk street," and features tons of outdoor furniture plus fire pit for dining, lounging, and soaking in that So Cal sun.

ENTRANCE: The front entrance to the beach cottage includes an enclosed patio area with beach gear for you to use during your stay!

LIVING/DINING: The living room is furnished with couches and arm chairs, with a flatscreen TV and an Apple TV for streaming services. Through the archway is the dining room, with seating for 4. Also works great as a work table!

BEDROOMS: the primary bedroom is at the rear of the cottage, and features a queen bed, dresser, and small closet. The second bedroom is at the front of the home, and features a double bed, dresser, and mirrored closet. Linens and extra blankets and pillows are provided.

KITCHEN: The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to enjoy all your favorite culinary delights! Appliances include: stainless steel fridge plus wine fridge!, stove & oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. It also includes dinnerware, glassware, pots/pans, and everything else you need to cook and enjoy your meals.

BATHROOM: The full bathroom is located in the rear of the home. Towels provided.

GARAGE: The one-car garage, located in the detached rear building on the property (to the north), and is for this home's exclusive use.

LAUNDRY: Laundry machines are located outside, against the back of the cottage. These machines are shared with the two rear (detached) units.

After graduating from Redondo Union High School, Alex pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at University of California at Berkeley.

In addition to running his property management business, Alex has closed over $150,000,000 in sales transactions in his career. He is one of the area’s top producers, and in 2022 Alex ranked in the top 0.33% of all individual real estate agents in the state of California by sales volume.
