Made for two couples: a queen bedroom with room-darkening shades and a second bedroom with a full bed and its own screened porch. 1.5 baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Porch swing out front, fenced backyard, two parking spots. Sleeps 4, and the Canal House next door sleeps 4 more for bigger groups.

- Second bedroom: full bed, with a slider to the private screened porch overlooking the canal

- Baths: full bath with glass shower upstairs, powder room downstairs

- Outdoors: Start your morning on the front porch swing watching cyclists and kayakers pass along the canal, then wind down on the private screened porch off the second bedroom. Rear deck and fenced yard with garden.

GUEST ACCESS
This side of the house is all yours, including the front porch, the upstairs screened porch and the fenced backyard. Two parking spaces right out front.

GOOD TO KNOW
The stairs to the bedrooms are steep and may be hard for guests with limited mobility. Booking for a group of up to 8? Reserve both the Tow Path House and the Canal House next door, which sit side by side. A detailed house manual is sent before your stay.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You're right on the 70-mile Delaware & Raritan Canal towpath, one of the most scenic and storied waterways on the East Coast and a favorite of cyclists, walkers and kayakers. A few blocks to Main Street Lambertville's galleries, antique shops and restaurants, and a short walk across the bridge to New Hope.

GETTING AROUND
Everything in Lambertville is walkable, and New Hope is a short walk across the bridge. Trans-Bridge buses to NYC's Port Authority stop in Lambertville at 80 Park Ave.
