This standout space is right on the Riverwalk in the heart of Downtown San Antonio. It is close to everything. Minutes away from Alamo Dome, Henry B Gonzales Center, The Pearl Brewery, Shops at Rivercenter. This historical building is part of San Antonio's historical architecture and it is steps away from delicious dining, exciting attractions, great nightlife & entertainment.
This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)
This apartment is stocked with a K-cup coffee maker, coffee, creamer & sugars for morning, noon or night enjoyment.
Walk into a small foyer that opens up into the living room, kitchen & dining area. The separate bedroom offers a King size bed with Memory Foam mattress for a comfy night's sleep. The sofa opens out into a full size sleeper that extra guests can enjoy. There is also a self inflatable twin air mattress for extra sleeping.

Beautiful and Afordable Stay Right on the River Walk!

This was a clean and beautiful old apartment. It was well stocked and everything that we needed. We could see the River Walk and a beautiful church from our windows. It is an older building which adds to the charm!

Easy access to river walk.

Very clean property. Would probably be more suitable for 2 but we made do. Really enjoyed our trip and availability to walk to most of the places we wanted to go.

There is a pull out sofa bed, living room and a separate bedroom with a king bed. It is much Bigger than any regular hotel room and families of 4 or more stay very comfortably in this unit. You would have to book 2 hotel rooms to get this kind of space.

The location was perfect to explore San Antonio, river walk, Alamo, and Alamodome. It’s also close to the Blue Star bike rental for exploring the mission trail.Lovely apartment in beautiful historic building. Comfortably furnished with everything you need for your stay.

Incredible Location, Charming Place

We loved our stay - it felt magical being up high with all the high ceilings/windows and so much light. We enjoyed being able to see the city around us, and catch the light show at the San Fernando Cathedral every night from our window. Highly recommend!

Great location

Overall good location, hallway smells of cigarettes and mold. Air filters in ceiling were filthy. Shower head leaked water everywhere. Not enough dish towels for kitchen area. Missing dish drying towel as well for the dish rack. Curtains quite dusty and the febreze plug in doesn’t cover up the mold smell.

While we appreciate all guest input, it’s always more constructive to bring up concerns like cleaning issues or missing items during the stay so we can address them right away. That way, small and easily fixed matters don’t become part of a public review. It’s also worth noting that this is the first time we’ve ever received a comment about any kind of odor in the property, so that particular concern doesn’t reflect the experience of our other guests. We take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment and would have gladly made adjustments had we been notified. We understand that some individuals tend to focus more on criticism than solutions, but we always aim to provide a positive and accommodating experience for every guest who communicates their needs directly.
