2 BR, 2 appartement de bain. Plan d'étage ouvert: salle à manger, cuisine. Grand canapé-lit dans le salon. Appartement pour 5 personnes max! (Jusqu'à 4 adultes.) Patio pavé privé avec coin salon et tente surdimensionnée, moustiquaire, éclairage, barbecue à gaz et baignoire spa thérapeutique pour cinq personnes.

Cet appartement moderne situé au deuxième étage se trouve à 1,5 km du centre-ville et du fleuve. En outre, le complexe Pearl Brewery et le River Walk North sont accessibles à pied..

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec les draps, la mousse à mémoire de forme et les oreillers moelleux. Il y a une salle de bain complète avec douche à 5 fonctions, des toilettes automatisées pour bidet et un grand placard (cintres fournis)

La salle de bains secondaire entièrement carrelée s'ouvre de manière pratique sur les deux chambres. Il comprend une douche à l'italienne de taille double avec un pulvérisateur à main supplémentaire, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, ainsi que des articles de toilette de luxe et un sèche-cheveux.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Il a des comptoirs en carreaux de granit, des armoires modernes et des appareils en acier inoxydable comprenant: un lave-vaisselle, une cafetière, un grille-pain, un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur double face avec machine à glaçons / eau filtrée, une cuisinière / four et un four micro-ondes.

Un patio privé pavé avec salon et tente surdimensionnée, moustiquaire, éclairage, barbecue à gaz et un bain à remous pour cinq personnes est également disponible. Les boissons et assiettes en plein air sont également incluses.

L'appartement comprend une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit gratuite, une télévision connectée (connectez-vous avec votre compte Netflix / Hulu), un câble (plus de 150 chaînes, dont HBO et Showtime) et une station d'accueil pour iPhone Bose.

Nous sommes des amoureux des chiens comme vous pouvez le voir sur nos photos. Cependant, nous ne pouvons pas accepter les animaux de compagnie dans la location.

Dean, Jeannette, and their son, Robert, were very gracious and thoughtful hosts. The welcoming bottle of sparkling wine was very much appreciated after a somewhat challenging journey from Sacramento. Since Covid arrived in 2020, my family has stayed exclusively at Vrbo rentals, preferring to avoid the crowds at hotels. Our routine after checking in is to disinfect all hard surfaces we will touch, wash all plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery we will use, and wash all towels and linens we will use. This is the first place we did not wash the sheets because we felt it unnecessary with the host's protocol for cleaning. Our white socks told us so as well as the used disinfectant wipes. We have absolutely never stayed at a cleaner Vrbo.rental. This is important to us, as it should be to anyone with children or compromised family. In addition to being very clean and neat, the unit was well appointed with comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room had upscale appliances which we appreciated. The location was perfect to access everything we wanted to see. So glad we avoided staying downtown with the attendant traffic congestion and seriously crowded sidewalks. This is truly a 5 star rental. Thank you.

The hot tub was great, we only used it once, the water did look a little foggy getting in, but I assumed it was from me hitting the jet buttons before I took the lid all the way off and there being little bubbles in the water. Rooms were absolutely perfect! Showers were great, only minor complaint, the apartment did seem to run out of hot water quickly, I would absolutely stay here again, kitchen was very nice, it wounded out perfect for our stay.

My friend and I stayed here to attend the Chris Brown concert. The place was clean and had everything you needed for a nice stay. But the bed and the shower were the highlight for me!!! I really wish I knew what mattress was in the main bedroom!! Great location The Riverwalk was about 3 miles away and the Alamodome was about 5 miles away. Definitely would go back. The floors do creak but that’s not a big deal at all.

Beautifully furnished apartment. Kitchen exceeded our expectations in terms of appliances and cooking utensils. High quality bedding in the two bedrooms with very comfortable towels in the two bathrooms. Location was convenient to the things we wanted to see in San Antonio: Alamo, River Walk and Pearl District. Owners friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet. No negatives; 5 stars all around.

Wonderful apartment and amenities!

We arrived and met our host- wow, so welcoming! Their apartment is very clean and has everything you need- from cooking tools, clean grill, all the things and extras. The beds are very comfortable! We enjoyed our coffee on the patio and the hot tub is so relaxing! Perfect location to access all the things- Legoland, DoSeum, Spurs game, Pearl, and more. We will be back! Thank you

Minor issues

We had a generally pleasant stay, but there are a few areas that need attention. First, the description of the second bedroom could be more accurate, as it was rather small. To get the second person into bed, they had to crawl over the other person, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, we did encounter live cockroaches and other bugs during our stay, which was disappointing. However, aside from those issues, the overall experience was nice, and we would still recommend the place.

The stay was comfortable, linens and towels were very nice, and kitchen was well stocked. Jacuzzi tub worked swell and provided quality down time. The unit was clean and provided just the right amount of space. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating. Restaurants are nearby and a walk to the riverwalk was pleasant.

We have been married a total of 20 years, have grown children and enjoy hiking, biking, and walking with our Labrador Retrievers.
