An authentic Hocking Hills cabin on 6 private acres, the Waterfall Cabin is the real deal, hand built with logs timbered on the property. Lovingly renovated with new windows, doors and multilevel decks, it’s efficient woodstove and low ceiling logs offer cozy comfort just 5 miles from Old Man’s Cave and Ash Cave. Guests love the privacy of the hot tub deck and the hiking trail to the 30’ wet weather Waterfall. Sleeps up to 4 and pets are welcome. Must be 21 years or older to rent.

Great Property!!

The property was wonderful. We brought our two dogs along and they had a blast enjoying the land and the amazing deck! We were surprised by the height of the ceilings and would have likes to have known this in advance but overall it wasnt a huge deal. If youre taller than 6 foot though this would be a big issue. The little hike to the waterfall really made this property something special! Its also super close to all the fun hocking hills has to offer. Highly would recommend!

It was a cool cabin! Felt very authentic! And the waterfall hike was a plus! Although o wish we had known the property boundaries so we could have walked on more of the ‘private trails’. Would definitely recommend.

We were surprised at how low the ceilings were, although neither of us is 6 ft tall. Also, there is no dishwasher. Everything else was great! Loved the location and seclusion. Close to hocking hills trails.

It was loud from the construction next door and the cabin smelled like urine.

The cabin was cute and cozy despite the permeating smell of urine throughout the entire main floor, the hot tub was nice even though I couldn’t enjoy it because of the loud construction right next door.

Cabin was perfect and personal trial, hot tub and fire pit was wonderful. Appreciated 2 rooms. This will be hard place to stay comfortably if you are taller than 5'7" due to ceiling heights.

House smelled like dog pee, and ceilings were very low. I’m not even 6’ and was hitting my head. They gave us cleaner to help with the smell, and it did nothing. The stove was also dirty.

Our first getaway

The privacy and quaintness of this property beyond exceeded our expectations, yet close to everything we needed so within reach in just a short drive! We plan on another trip in the fall when it’s cooler and the colors are in full! Waterfall Cabin was a dream on many levels and very clean and comfortable sleeping accommodations! Plenty of everything for our three nightsThe shower was a little on the small side, along with ceiling heights. Cozy feel at its best!

Quiet Cozy Weekend

Very peaceful stay, secluded and quiet, but only a short 15-20 minute drive to hiking, food, and some shops/antique malls. The cabin was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed to relax and recharge.

Peaceful spot, perfect location

Beautiful cabin surrounded by nature. Enjoyed the hike down to the waterfall. Ceiling is very low, so if you are 6 feet tall, watch your head. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Very close to the state park. The hot tub was great for evening relaxation.

My experience was calm, fun and exciting.

The location, theme of cabin and the water fall in the back was very nice. I would like to note the front door does not lock I would get that looked at. Since the first day we arrived the door did not stay locked you can lock the handle but the door still slides open.

Great spot, the personal trial is amazing to have, was able to let the dog run free. Ceilings are low, but it is priced to reflect that.

Much needed Vacation

We had the best time. The location was great. The people around were great. You have a very nice neighbor who wanted to buy us dinner because was doing construction early on Monday morning. Maintenance man stopped by to make sure grill working and tank full. Wonderful people!!

Quaint and quiet

We enjoyed this little cabin. Yes the ceilings are low but we made out just fine at 5’7 and 5’10. The cabin is unique and quaint. We really enjoyed the fire at night and the hot tub on the deck. We trekked down to the waterfall but unfortunately it was dry. I would stay here again

Terrible stay from beginning to end.....checked out early

From the minute I walked into this property and bumped my head along the 5 foot 9 ceilings it was miserable. I contacted the guest and told him that I could not walk through there and he said he was sorry nothing more.Smashed my head several times on low ceiling i had to duck the entire time im 6 foot tall.Hot tub was filthy
