This recently renovated, bright 3-bedroom/3-bathroom + loft unit at Payday Condominiums is perfect for friends and families. You'll enjoy the open floor plan and natural light! The golf course is literally your backyard. The property is located across the street from Silver Star Lift at PCMR, and the free Park City bus shuttle is right in front of the driveway, so you can get to the base of PCMR, Main Street, the Canyons, and Deer Valley quickly and easily. Be downtown in minutes!
The Space:
This 3BR/3BA + loft can sleep up to 8 comfortably. You'll have plenty of outdoor space - a deck off of the dining room overlooking the golf course, a large balcony on the second floor (bigger than the deck), a porch when you enter (and where you can find the BBQ grill), and a small area right outside of the living room. Jump into the fully-equipped kitchen and cook a feast for the family!
The Payday condo features:
- Recently renovated (Fall 2023) open kitchen, dining, and living room - ideal for hanging out after a day on the mountain!
- Master bedroom with King bed, bath ensuite
- 2nd bedroom with Queen bed
- 3rd bedroom with Queen bed, loft, bath ensuite

- Great front room to hang coats, skis, etc.
- Wood burning fireplace

The Neighborhood:
With its central location, you are in the center of all the action, all year round. Pull on your boots, grab your gear, and make the walk to Silver Star lift (3 mins - across the street) or to the base of Park City Mountain. In the winter, the resort offers world-class skiing and snowboarding, as well as a school for beginners. Summer brings warm-weather activities like hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, and an alpine slide.
Downtown Park City and Main Street are just a short distance, or you can hop on the free Park City bus and get there in 5 minutes. Nightlife is hopping for the 21 and over crowd, with fun bars and lounges like No Name Saloon and Grill, Downstairs, and Wasatch Brew Pub. Donât miss shopping the quaint boutiques and browsing the numerous art galleries that line the streets of downtown.

Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown. There are also plenty of Ubers in Park City!
