This is an RV slip.
Welcome to Sailfish RV Resort. The newest luxury RV Resort in Port Aransas. Located in town right on the ship channel. The fishing is amazing off the Charlies Pasture 24-hour pier, walk or bike through the trails or take a golf cart ride through town. The park has an oversized heated community pool, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility and birding pond. Located on each site is a 15 x12 foot palapa with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a nice gas grill, granite counter tops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights and a fan. There is also a 40- 50-foot pad for your RV and additional parking for your vehicle. The park has FREE WIFI AND FREE ELECTRIC. There are motor coach spots and also pull behind sites. Make this your new home away from home to RV every year!

RV stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The site had dog poop. Dirty grill, counter, refrigerator. The chairs were covered in bird poop. No landscaping maintenance. Construction trash blowing around property. No on site maintenance or mgt.

Disappointed in Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This RV Resort came highly recommended from a friend. We had lots of issues. First, after booking and reserving a certain spot plus putting down a deposit, I was called months later asking if I still wanted to reserve a spot. I told them yes and that I also put the deposit down, which they didn’t have it marked as paid that is why they didn’t honor my original spot. Second, I was called and asked to move from reserved spot to be put into another spot because the spot we had was ‘bought and the owners are in it’ so we agreed to move down a few spots (further away from the couple we were camping with). The day of arriving I received my reservation information and found out that they placed us in another different spot (not agreed to) and when I called management she informed me that I had booked 2 spots. She said then that she’ll call the couple to move to another spot that she just rented that day which was our spot. When we arrived to our designated spot another camper was already parked in our reserved spot and was told by management to knock on their door and ask them to move. Third, the fan was missing and the BBQ pit didn’t work. Fourth, guests from nearby housing using pool, and other amenities. Fifth, management is not on site to check in with upon arrival nor ensure visitors are vetted for the correct spots. Sixth, the cabana ideas are fantastic but they need to be located in the correct side of the sites. Who wants to have their camper on the back side of the camper? I prefer to walk out my door and go to my area on the same side. Not have to walk around to the back side to enjoy my area while other people are going into or coming out of their own campers. Placement of the cabanas are key. Move them!
