This home is definitely bougie but, so cozy at the same time! Welcome to Nashville!

We want you to enjoy the city but also the home. We have created a home that has all the things you didn't know you needed! This home is 2170 sq ft and designed for entertaining and allowing everyone to be together with an open floor plan! The bedrooms are all located upstairs with plenty of privacy for each space. You are close to everything Nashville!

Wonderful Getaway

We booked this home for a girls weekend getaway to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was just as described, plenty of room for us and the hot tub was an added bonus! We were able to walk to a few cocktail joints and restaurants as well. The only reason we put 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness as I think a previous guest’s dog had peed on the sofa/pillow. But otherwise the home was very clean, tidy, and provided all the amenities we needed.

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

Our family spent 4 days here & everything worked out great! We were able to prepare a holiday meal, watch the parade & football, play family games & quickly & easily get to Nashville attractions. The property is dog-friendly with a fenced-in back yard, which was great for us. While all 3 bedrooms are upstairs, there is a half-bath downstairs which allowed my in-laws with mobility issues to visit for the day. Parking is somewhat tight, but we were able to easily park 3 vehicles in the designated parking area right in front of the house. Very happy with this rental!

Solid property in a pretty good area

The house was very clean, and minimalistically decorated. It looks basically exactly like the listing. I like the vibe of this part East Nashville, and my two teenagers and myself had a good time while in Nashville in general. Just a couple minutes drive to down town makes the location superb. My impression of the area is that it is undergoing extremely rapid gentrification. Newer apartments and condos were being rapidly built amongst the homes that were probably constructed in the early 20th century. I'd say its safe and would recommend friends or family to stay here.

Absolute Hidden Gem

If I could give this property and the owner 10 stars I would This house is an absolute hidden gem. Only a 10 minute Uber to Broadway and just on the outskirts of 5 points. It is the perfect location. The owner bent over backwards to make sure our special occasion was just that. Providing her with a small fee. We were able to send decorations to the house, that she set up along as having champagne ready for us when we arrived. This house is perfect for bachelorette parties. Three large rooms, one king, one queen and a set of bunkbeds, makes it perfect for groups of eight or two couples with children. The downstairs has a long island where you can play games or set up a little minibar The back deck is perfect for a group of 8 or so, and the hot tub can fit as many. This property is perfect. If you’re not familiar with five points, it’s its own little collective of bars and fantastic restaurants A nice touch if you wanna get away from the loud music of Broadway I cannot say enough about this property. We will definitely return and use it again. Location ✅ Owner ✅ House ✅ Hidden Gem ✅
