Family & Pet friendly - 3bd/2ba - East Nashville

Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, our VRBO is on a quiet cul de sac near downtown Nashville. Some of Nashville’s best restaurants and are less than 2 miles away. Downtown is just a quick 10 minute Uber ride/drive. Our home is very family and pet friendly. There is also a sprawling backyard for grilling, relaxing and space for pups to run around!
The space:
This VRBO is a very open concept. The breakfast area, kitchen, dining room and living room all flow together with high ceilings! The bedrooms have ample space and are separated for privacy. The backyard is large enough for entertaining and the porch wraps the entire back of the home with two sitting areas! One for dining and the other for relaxing to enjoy and little tv and drinks. The backyard is private and you will enjoy the quietness it provides. We have a grill available for you and your guests. In addition, can I get a hot tub?! Yes you can! Soak in the hot tub under the trees for a relaxing night!
If you happen to drive an EV, we can provide a charging station as well!
Please note: This VRBO has an apartment partially above it. In the master bedroom you may occasionally hear footsteps. However we have taken many steps to lessen the sound between the two spaces.

Beautiful house & yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. Excellent location! We went for walks everyday to explore the neighborhood & everyone we interacted with were friendly. Will definitely be visiting Nashville again as we barely scratched the surface of everything Music City offers.

Check-in and out was very easy. Ryan seemed super nice and attentive. The house was perfect for our needs, very nice big open area to gather! The back yard was perfect for our dogs to run and play. Fenced in. Location was great! The apartment above master bedroom can be loud. We enjoyed our stay!

The Home on Crescent Hill was a nice home excellent location very comfortable.The only complaint we have there is a apartment upstairs with tenants and has floor noise in the early morning hours.

Nestled in East Nashville

We loved this property! Heading home to a quiet neighborhood after a nosy evening on Broadway was great. It was only a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway! There were fun bars and two grocery stores close to the house. The host was very prompt in resto our questions.

Awesome property for some quiet family time with pets

We always enjoy staying in East Nashville, and this property is outstanding. With plenty of room and a private, fenced backyard, it was ideal for us. The upstairs apartment was never an issue. We would stay here again.

East Nashville Gem

This home is very welcoming with an open floor plan and several outdoor areas, perfect for enjoying with family and friends. Despite an apartment above, noise was quite minimal. The location is excellent for downtown Nashville access, and the owners are kind & attentive. The residence was equipped with all necessary amenities and conveniences. The only drawback is limited parking, as there is only one driveway spot allowed and minimal street parking.
