Belle maison de ville avec une vue magnifique! Cette location se trouve à droite dans le coeur de SML. Les ��piceries, amusant pour les enfants, shopping, cinéma, tout cela est à seulement 5 minutes de la maison. La maison est décorée avec goût avec un mobilier moderne. Il ya un pont sur le niveau principal donnant sur le lac, et la vue vous séduiront. Il ya une cuisine de style cuisine qui a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La salle à manger est ouverte sur le salon afin que votre famille ne sera jamais manquer une minute à l'autre. A l'étage 2 chambres et une salle de bain complète. Au niveau inférieur, vous trouverez une 3ème chambre (lit queen) pouvant servir de salle de jeux pour les enfants. C'est un endroit idéal pour toute famille!
Les quais peuvent être utilisés pour la baignade ou le ramassage en bateau, mais ne bénéficient PAS des privilèges de quai.

                        Venez profiter des superbes vues sur l’eau des trois niveaux du lotissement situé dans la communauté du Waterfront Country Club. Cette location se trouve à droite dans le coeur de SML. Très bien situé sur le principal chenal du lac et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre commercial Westlake (épiceries, divertissement pour les enfants, shopping, cinéma, à seulement 5 minutes de la maison).

Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et 2 nouveaux, de nouvelles portes coulissantes en verre de grande intelligente TV écran plat principal et inférieur sur les niveaux et les fenêtres de la chambre des maîtres. Le salon principal a un nouveau canapé et siège de l'amour. Niveau principal pont a une nouvelle table à hauteur de bar et une table de bistrot avec 6 chaise de bar de la hauteur à la hauteur optimale de profiter de la vue panoramique. La terrasse de niveau inférieur a 2 chaises Adirondeck et grill.
Cette location n'inclut pas les privilèges de quai, mais les quais sont excellents pour la pêche, la natation et autres activités nautiques.

Les locataires ne peuvent pas amener leurs animaux de compagnie au bord de l'eau - Section V. Tous les locataires trouvés avec des animaux auront 24 heures pour les faire monter à bord ou pour quitter la maison en rangée.

The location of the townhome was perfect. My friends and I found the townhome to be very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was fantastic!

We had an excellent trip! The kitchen had everything we needed. The children loved the Disney+ and the dock. We swam every day. I took a kayak out. Every room on the East side had a beautiful view of the lake. I would highly recommend.

Did not know until booking paid in full through Expecia that this was : a VRBO, run by a rental management company that sent an eleven page contract that had to be e-signed prior to me receiving code to enter already paid rental, had to bring own : toilet paper tissues kitchen towels sheets pillow cases .( therefore make all beds)This was last minute booking so reading contract and gathering all this early AM day leaving yo go. Property kaysks wete FILTHY . Only one paddle. So kayaking was not an option. Balcony to view sunrise filthy. Piles if leaves and ~50 spider webs all over. Attempted sweeping .not worth it. Food and garbage left from previous renter , Dishwasher filled. Mattress covers w yellow stains. . Bottom shower curtain with several streaks brown large stains. Overall floors dirty, Dead bugs all over windowsills, screens not in properly. Filthy screens-no option to open Windows and get fresh air. 50% of electric sockets did not work to charge phones or use computers. The decor is terrific. Location is nice.. Tried calling and emailing company : NO ANSWER/closed. Had to call Expedia. This rental DEFINITELY Not worth it considering all other options available and not informed about having to sign legal contract AFTER paying Expedia informed to bring all bedding/ towels, cleaning/ TP. Had make bed, strip bed AND poor condition of rental. With so many other options, I would pick another place in future. PLUS Was charged extra after we left (??)

Beautiful view, great value

This was a great stay for our family. The bathrooms and kitchen are small, but all we needed. Bedrooms upstairs are roomy and comfortable. Couches are great. Lovely view from the deck. Great location. Quiet neighbors. Be sure to adjust the temperature before sleeping as the top floor can get quite hot. I would not suggest you plan to have adults sleep on the basement bed as it is not comfortable. The kayaks work well, but are certainly heavy to bring up and down from the water, so just know that if you would not be able to carry/drag then. We were missing lifejackets and had a broken chair outside but was fixed when we called the management and they were very responsive. It’s such a great place to stay right on the lake at a unbeatable price. I would certainly come again if we had two or four adults.

The house is beautiful and homey. The steps to the lake are strenuous and I'm an athletic person. I enjoyed them but for anyone with mobility issues they would be impassable

A good experience and the description was right on!

Four adults stayed here and it was just perfect for what we needed; rest and relaxation! Loved the 2 kayaks , and used most everyday, but there is a big hill walking them down and back up each day was a good work out for the men! You need to go early while the water is still calm, otherwise being on the main channel of the lake the water is choppy with boat traffic! I feel some communication relating to where to leave the keys and completed paperwork would have been helpful as you couldn't get anyone on the office phone the morning we left, only voice mail. A dumpster on the property would be nice!

Thanks for your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the kayaks. Yes, the townhomes are on the main channel of a mountain lake, so there is a slope to the water, and the water will be choppy during summer weekends for sure, but typically calms down Monday to Thursday so I hope you got some calm days in there too. The kayaks are about 20lbs each and should have a carrying handle so they can be drug through the grass, but I'm always a fan of letting the big guys and teenagers do the heavy lifting... good call... I would have done the same! I agree, a dumpster would be GREAT! but alas, the Homeowner Association doesn't want to attract wildlife (bears, deer, raccoons, bugs, etc.) and doesn't want to have to clean up the grounds when people "miss" the opening for the dumpsters (happens more than you think) which I can understand. We do include the following wording in the arrival & departure info as well as on the check in info that has your lockbox combo on it. However, I have now put it in bold and red so it doesn't blend in with the other check in instructions. This is now the first line: Lockbox: Combination is on email/text. Return ALL keys to lockbox. DO NOT leave in home. This is the 2nd paragraph: IMPORTANT: our office is open M-F, 9-5 ONLY; we're closed over the weekends and holidays which means we do not check voicemail or email on nights, weekends and holidays. If you have an immediate need after office hours (or want to report something at departure, you will need to use the after hours emergency number 540-874-5849 if you would like your issue addressed. (ie, please don't request late check out on voicemail, email about internet problems, or report issues needing attention before new renters arrive by email, etc. as we will not know about them until Monday or Tuesday morning).

It was Shore Thing!

We enjoyed our quiet early spring stay. It was nice, there were a few rainstorms but that didn’t scare us from being able to enjoy local shops, fishing, and disc golf. We hope to come back again the property has a beautiful view and even the neighbors were kind.

Long weekend at SML

We loved the view of the Lake and the townhouse was the perfect size for the 3 of us. I didn't mind taking my trash to a local convenience center or bringing my own sheets. I was surprised at the $180 in owners fees in addition to the $98 vrbo booking fee. Also be advised that the driving distance to local shopping and restaurants is 20-30 minutes. It is easier to get around by boat.

Fun vacation spot!

We had a great time! Really clean, nice house. Beautiful view of the water. I did have a problem with the tv. We only had 4 channels. I thought we’d be able to use our own netflix but none of that worked. I would definitely stay here again but would like to see that fixed.

I'm glad you enjoyed the home. I wish you would have called us to let us know about the tv... there should be 38 channels. It may be that you had it set on the wrong imput; it has to be on HDMI1. Maybe you were just picking up the OTA channels. Same thing with Netflix, its just a setting. I completely understand how difficult those things can be... I think you have to be 15-25 to figure them out! I did verify that the cable is working with the cleaner. Thanks for letting us know we need to write some better operating instructions! Come see us again soon (we'll have the instructions posted next time!)

Lovely lakefront condo

The location of this home was awesome. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. Although it is a condo, it still felt private and somewhat secluded. We played in lake off of dock, rented a boat and ate dinner on the deck each night. We did not want to leave!!
