What you see is what you get when you walk inside for the first time and what you see will be absolutely wonderful, starting with the wall to windows revealing a stunning landscape that will literally take your breath away. A perfect recreation location with Arches and Canyonlands National Parks a short drive away, and rafting, hiking, mountain biking and a host of other activities nearby. Breathtaking vistas of the Moab Rim and nearby La Sal Mountains and their more-than-12,000-foot peaks surround this exclusive property. The home features a queen size beds, large bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy the views. With ample outdoor space, you'll enjoy the views of desert sunrises and dramatic sunsets.

Please note that the final 1-mile is a nicely graded road climbing up to the bluff of a private gated community. While high clearance vehicles are not required, they may have a challenge during inclement weather. Also, trailer parking is available at the property but owner needs to be contacted for assistance. Due to the location, trailers under twelve (12) feet can be accommodated.
