The west end of Ventura, also known as “The Avenue” is a diverse, historic and vibrant part of Ventura. As you drive down Ventura Avenue you will notice a combination of light industrial, some commercial and mostly residential areas. This side of Ventura is going through some major investment and becoming a very desirable place to live and visit.

Cute Studio. Really comfy bed and slept so great!!! Parking on street was available. Property management was responsive to my questions and nice! Refrigerator nice and cold. Air conditioner worked great. Easy access to beach and downtown. We had fun!! Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. They had tiny little containers and shampoo not sudsy. The Shower head is mostly clogged and it was hard to even wash my hair - I counted 25 holes not working. LOL They could easily put bricks in front of the holes at the bottom of the fence line to block it in the back yard. My tiny dog squeezed under and I called over the fence to the neighbor to get my dog but luckily my tiny dog was scared and ran back. It was mostly clean but I picked up some dust bunnies on the floor.

While we wish these issues had been raised during your stay so we could have resolved them for you immediately, please know we are already taking action. The shower head issue is being addressed. Please note that the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided are intended as a starter kit to get you settled, so guests will need to replenish their own supplies if they run out during their stay. We will also sync up with our cleaning crew to ensure those pesky dust bunnies are taken care of. Thank you again for being such wonderful guests, and we would love to welcome you and your pup back anytime for an even better stay!
