Introducing 51 Wood Duck! This beautiful one level home overlooks the 14th Club Course Fairway. With the impressive fully stocked granite kitchen with breakfast table plus breakfast bar, it is ready for the chefs creations! The large deck spans the entire back of the home and is the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach! Located in Sea Pines, 51 Wood Duck offers casual elegance with great room living. Step in the door with this all on one floor pet friendly villa. Everything is just right with the wonderful great room with walls of glass overlooking the private Sea Pines Club Course fairway. The eat in kitchen offers granite counter tops and a fun little breakfast bar. With full sized laundry and appliances, you may just want to extend your holiday with us.

When you're ready to explore, discover the charming shops, delightful restaurants, and the iconic lighthouse of Harbour Town. Additionally, a bike path provides easy access to the beach and nature trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. With golf, tennis, dining, and the marina in close proximity, you'll have many activities and attractions to enjoy. The primary suite offers a king sized bed, big screen television and sliding door to the outside deck. Overlooking fairway views, you will put your head down and wake up to beautiful surroundings. The guest suite offer a queen sized bed, a television and adjacent bath. The third bedroom features a twin bed and television, perfect for a child.

Cutest little house. So close to the forest preserve, bike paths and Harbor Town. We had a great time.

Great stay in Sea Pines!

We booked this property in a pinch after another property fell through. Since this property was inside of sea pines and you need a pass to get in, they had the pass ready for us within 30 minutes of booking the property! They were very responsive during the booking process, the check in/out instructions were clear, and the home was beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend staying at one of their properties!

Family Retreat

Great place to hangout for a few days w/ nice open layout. Enjoyed eating out of the deck for the 4th. Kitchen was lacking basics needed to prepare meals, but other than that, we had nice time.

This wa a great property: good layout, great location, clean and all fittings and appliances working properly. The kitchen space was easy to work in and the TV/sitting area was very comfortable. The master bedroom is large and has great doors to the balcony as does the family room. All door screens worked properly which is critical when bug season starts. The management company HHPR&R was well organized and very responsive to our couple of requests.Overall a great experience.
