Escape to this cozy Centennial home for 10! Perfect for families, this stylish retreat features a private hot tub, fenced yard, 2 living rooms, and a dedicated workspace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together. Enjoy a peaceful stay near parks, shops, and the Denver Tech Center. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, it's the ideal base for your Colorado adventure.


We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

With room for up to 10 guests, this 4-bedroom home is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a king bed and peaceful third-story views, while the lower-level ensuite bedroom includes another king bed and direct access to the backyard. A queen bedroom and a twin room offer flexibility for groups or families, all with plush bedding and soft linens to ensure restful nights.

Three bathrooms provide convenience and ease for every guest. Each is stocked with bathroom essentials, fresh towels, and thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and shower gel.

Fantastic place

This property suited our family well for a memorial gathering. It was well appointed and very comfortable. My only suggestion is If you have an infant and plan to use the portable crib, bring your own pack n play sheets.

Spring break

House was very spacious and had great amenities. Very clean and the check in process was super easy. Denver got hit with the biggest snow storm in 4 years during our stay and the rental company was very good in communication during the uncertainty of the storm.

The home was lovely and great space. The only unfortunate experience was the AC: freezing on the lower level and warm in the 3 upstairs bedrooms. The back patio was nice but the deck should have been swept.

Bright, welcoming space. Steps to upper floor and down to lower floor easy to block, thus leaving living space infant safe. Rooms/bed clean, tastefully decorated; bathrooms idem. Location ideal for us: close to family, not too far from center of town. Only drawback: ventilation system in boiler room rather noisy, should be look at by owner.
