Excellent rental, fully equipped and fit an extended family with kids really well. Super cute playhouse for the littlest kids in the backyard was a hit. Wish we could have more time off to stay longer. Host was responsive and helped ensure easy check in.

Host was very proactive in communicating. An example of this was that the electricity went out on the block one morning and he reached out to see if we needed anything. The house is very well organized and very well stocked like you would expect at home with a good selection of spices, dishes and cookware and games for entertainment. House was well designed with good private and public spaces. Remodeled very recently and do in great shape.

The house was great for an our family stay. We had two toddlers and 4 pairs of adults visiting Denver for a wedding. The backyard has a great playhouse with toys inside. The basement arcade room was excellent for rainy days. The kitchen and living room was great for family style dinners. Most of all Cole’s communication and care made our stay easy and complete. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is completely updated and very clean. There are plenty of useful spaces for families. The kitchen is well appointed and spacious. There are spies, paper towels, napkins, etc. The house is in a nice neighborhood with shopping, groceries, and restaurants near by. There are 3 bedrooms of nice size upstairs and another large bedroom downstairs.The 3 showers are small but very clean and new. The toiletries that are provided are sparse. There were 3 hairdryers for our use. Having use of the garage is also very nice.The host is readily available and checked on us a few times to make sure our stay was going well. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Best house ever! The game room and the backyard is perfect for kids of all ages. The house has everything you might need and more, spices, coffee, Kleenex, etc.. probably the best stocked home we have stayed in. Also kitchen pots and pans were so easy to clean, knives were sharp and lots of cooking utensils and serving dishes. My grandson said he wanted to live here! A perfect stay.
