Michael was a great host, we got to the cottage a little early and he was able to set the code for early check-in. The cottage was very clean, spacious and so close to the strip. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here for our trip to GOTL. The location was perfect. Very close to the strip. We walked to most places we wanted to go in under 10 minutes. Having the driveway for parking was very nice. We didn’t utilize the outside space very much, but it was nice to know we had access to the fire pit and outside table. The place fit our stay for our family of 3 very nicely.

This was a very nice place with just enough space. The back yard is beautoful and suitable for cookouts or fires. Clean and comfy with good amenities. I enjoyed the fireplace and in unit laundry.

Property was perfect for my husband, 2 friends and me. Lovely kitchen and spacious back yard. Rooms are small, but you’re out and about all day anyway so we didn’t mind it at all. Michael was super responsive. Excited to stay here again next summer!

The house was well equipped for cooking, grilling and making a fire in the fire pit. Everything was very clean and well organized. This is a super convenient location to the strip with a parking pad on a quiet street. The host was very responsive and we experienced no issues at all. We would definitely rent this house again!

Excellent location, just a minute walk from the strip. Small but comfortable cottage, nice fenced in backyard with fire pit. A little pricey for the space but otherwise a terrific stay.

This is a very nice little house located near the lodge at Geneva and the strip. We really enjoyed our stay here while in Geneva for my daughters wedding and bring a jacket.

Everything was great, only thing that could be improved is, if you could remind cleaning people to re-fill body wash and shampoo dispensers. Body wash was empty and shampoo was very close to empty. Otherwise, it was perfect!
