Located downtown Marshall, this second floor flat flaunts historic sophistication and offers over 1,400 sqft, an impressive grand bedroom with stretching windows, washer and dryer, and office space showcasing historic theatre art. Exposed brick and open shelving continue the uptown historic flair. Notice the original hardwood floors and beautiful arch windows in the living room overlooking downtown Marshall, where the glow of the city lights and parade views create a lovely ambiance to enjoy!

Other things to note
You will enter through the backside of the downtown building through combo locked door into a small entryway. There is a flight of steps that leads to the combo locked suite.

The host was very responsive to my questions. Good parking. The entrance was easy to access. The are many stairs up to the suite, however the stairwell was well lighted and the steps sturdy and the railing very well secured to the wall. The inside is a small apartment. It was very clean, and the provisions are better than any air B&B that I have stayed in, which have been many. I felt very safe, being alone and older. I sat amazed at the amount of work and care that went into crafting this suite, and am grateful to the host, who by the way, I have never met in person. I am planning to come back to Marshall a few times this next year and hopefully can engage the same accommodations, if my friends who will be at the same event don't beat me to it. Thank you!!

The area and the place were perfect for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wanted to stay in that area. Everything was within walking distance, and such a great downtown area.

Once again I stayed at this wonderful loft. First was in Spring with a friend and this weekend with my husband for our 45th anniversary. Town of Marshall is such a delight to visit!

Excellent place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to cook meals with the kitchen-ware contents. Everything was very clean. It was quiet during the night. Parking was great. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The check-in process was clear and easy.

Liked the cleanliness, all the amenities, and the beautiful decor. Did not particularly like the stairs because I am a senior with C.O.P.D. lung disease. But I managed without distress by taking my time, and viewing it as good exercise. It would not stop me from booking again. And my senior lady friend is all about fitness and treated it as good exercise. That said, I personally would have opted for the elevator if available-Lol.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. The suite is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and clean. We were surprised how spacious the place is with a large bedroom, large bathroom, kitchen and living room area, and plenty of closet space. The front windows overlook the main street of Marshall and it is walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. One thing to keep in mind, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep. There is also not a dishwasher but it was no problem washing dishes by hand. We used the washer/dryer, which was helpful and laundry detergent was supplied. The Host responded to our texts immediately when we had a couple of questions and was very helpful and nice. We highly recommend staying here and we will again, if we have the opportunity.

Perfect location in downtown Marshall with shopping and restaurants close by. No problem with parking. Clean and everything of need in the kitchen. Very modern decor. Theonly problem that I had was the faucet in bathroom sink was backwards. Cold in hot and hot in cold. Loft being on second floor might be too much for people with disabilities.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Historical Downtown Marshall

We were in town for the Candlelight Walk. The Executive Suite was the perfect complement to our historical weekend. Staying in the suite was like stepping back in time to the early 1900's but with all the modern conveniences and very tastefully decorated. Communication by our host, Brian, was outstanding. We highly recommend this property!!!

Perfect Home for Exploring Historic Marshall

This home has an urban loft vibe in the middle of historic Marshall. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the charming town's main street, with a brewery and restaurants nearby. Living area and bedroom are spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen and farm table can easily seat 6. I absolutely will return!

Great location

Beautiful property, exactly as the pictures show. Walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. No problem finding a place to park. We will stay here the next time we visit Marshall.

Highly Recommend!

If you're looking for a beautiful, well-maintained property that offers the convenience of being close to restaurants and various shops within walking distance, this is the perfect place for you. Communication with the owner is seamless, and any questions are promptly answered. The owner was also incredibly accommodating with my special requests during my stay for my daughter's wedding, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

Great spot downtown Marshall!

Great place for our weekend trip. Location right downtown Marshall was perfect and walkable to everything we wanted. The loft had huge beautiful windows and ample space. Nice spot overall!
