Beautiful New Home | Mountain Views, Fenced Yard

Come stay at this mountain retreat! Located near the Hatcher Lake area, this newly constructed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is tastefully furnished and has a fenced back yard with beautiful mountain views.

Through the front door, you'll find a cozy living room with a smart TV, gas fireplace and Starlink internet (best in town). On your right is the kitchen & dining area. The back has windows facing the mountains with a sliding glass door leading to the patio & fenced yard. On the left side of the home you'll find one half bathroom, the washer & dryer, and garage access. Keeping down the hallway there are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Each has a TV and a conjoined bathroom with tub & shower combo. End of the hallway you'll find the master bedroom with a king size bed. It's a spacious room with a TV and access to the backyard patio. The bathroom has a standup shower and his & her sinks.

All furniture in this home is brand new, nicely decorated and very comfortable for a vacation any time of year.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

This home does not have AC

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is spacious and was well-stocked. It was a great place to settle in, stay warm, and enjoy the mountain views during three unusually rainy days in Pagosa Springs. We hope to be back again!

This was a beautiful home and yes, the views were spectacular. Very clean and new so updated with very nice and comfortable furnishings. House stayed nice and cool during the day. Was nice to sit on the back porch and soak in the views but the distracting, thorny weeds covered the entire yard and were waist to shoulder high. Not ideal for pets or children. Messaged management and inquired about a weed eater, we were told there wasn't one and they would try to get someone out the next day. We bought gloves and pulled a path ourselves. Was disappointed they weren't more proactive about the situation and don't think the yard had been maintained all summer. Other than that would have been ideal!

Pagosa get away

It was a beautiful home. Kitchen was very spacious and accommodated all our needs. Beautifully decorated in Colorado decor.

Family vaca

We really enjoyed our stay. There were only two issues. 1) the breaker kept tripping to the dishwasher and the outlets in the master bathroom did not work (probably a breaker trip as well). 2) the beds in master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms were solid as a rock. Got used to them a couple of days in. To us those were only miner inconveniences and really not too much of a problem. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

Christmas in the Mountains

I have always wanted my children to experience a Christmas in the mountains like it did as a kid. The house was beautiful and everything we needed. Christmas decorations including stockings for the whole family.

The house was neat and clean upon arrival.

Lake Hatcher Experience

The property was the perfect size for us. Actually, we didn't use 1 bedroom and could have had another family member join us. The kitchen was a nice size and had many staples for our use. The enclosed yard was a real plus for our two dogs. The washer and dryer was helpful so that we didn't have to pack as many items. There is so much to do in Pagosa and we were in a good location for fishing and hiking.
