Perfect location for great stay

We stayed her for our annual girls trip and just loved the condo. Perfect location for both walking into town and for longer day trips. Would definitely stay again.

Very Cool Place To Stay!!

This was the second time our family has spent Christmas here. Cozy, clean and great location. Our favorite feature of the home is the garage. It’s our primary entrance when we are there. Our family of five all snowboard. It’s nice having a carpeted, heated garage to store, set up and leave our boards & gear. It would be an added bonus to have a board/ski rack installed.

5 star house and hosts. The host was very communicative and checked on us throughout our stay. The property was just as described and perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located with access to the river for our littles to play.

Very lovely place, close to downtown Pagosa Springs, and very comfortable

Place was very well appointed, with great amenities, particuarly the jacuzzi tub, and the small attached upstairs decks which made for a lovely place to sit and read in the afternoon. Kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Proximity to the river walk was great as well.

Comfortable Property, Excellent Location

Enjoyed our stay with family members. Kitchen was well equipped making meal prep easy. Clear instructions on how to use the remotes for the tv’s, our grandsons loved the gaming system in the bunk bed room. Excellent location to the downtown area and the hot springs. Host was quick to respond to questions.
