Superbe, 2ème maison de plage, porches enveloppants, vue sur l'eau et le coucher du soleil!

Cette merveilleuse maison unifamiliale est située juste une maison en arrière de la plage de Tybee's Back River et a une belle vue sur Little Tybee Island et de beaux couchers de soleil. À quelques pas des orteils de sable et de l'eau. Ou détendez-vous et profitez de la brise de mer des porches enveloppants spacieux. Le quartier résidentiel calme est à l'écart des foules, mais vous pourrez vous rendre à la plus grande plage en bord de mer, aux restaurants, aux Patrick's Day, Noël, Beach Bum, Pirate Fest ...!).

La maison est très lumineuse et ouverte avec des couleurs gaies, beaucoup de fenêtres et de belles vues sur l'eau. Les portes de verre dans à peu près chaque pièce mènent à des portiques profonds de 10 '. Les porches enveloppants accueillent un hamac, une table à manger et un coin salon. La douche extérieure a de l'eau chaude et froide et est idéalement situé près de la porte de la plage.

C'est l'endroit parfait pour recevoir la famille et les amis!

Gorgeous property! The variety of outdoor seating couldn’t have been better plus just a few steps over to the beach and just a few blocks over from shopping, food and fun as well! This home is perfectly stocked with more than enough needed items to stay in and cook, make some fun family memories together with games or a day at the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and all it’s amenities!

Wonderful location and beautiful home

The house was perfect. The easy walk to the beach made it perfect for our littles. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs, towels, toys, books, games, etc. The porches made for lots of time sitting outside enjoying the sounds of the ocean.

Would stay here again!

Our first trip to Tybee Island and we absolutely loved this house! The only recommendation I’d make is to add a small keurig coffee maker for the convenience of coffee. I personally cannot have caffeine but enjoy my decaf while the rest of my family drinks regular so most mornings I did not have coffee while on vacation because it’s not worth making a whole pot! The outside shower was very nice my son used it everyday to shower after the beach and we used it to rinse off!

Beautiful place, setting, and owner helpful

From the outset of booking, the owner was very communicative and friendly. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a lovely welcome bag and the home was perfect for our getaway! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. (not always the case). Cozy and comfortable place with main room airy, open, and well-lit with natural light. Location to the beach/river bend was a bonus. Highly recommend this place and hope to visit again!

Gymnastics Competition

We had an amazing time! This was a great place to stay for our competition weekend. Short drive to Savannah and less than a block from a nice walk on the beach! We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great Home

The home was beautiful! We really enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces. We had a small family reunion, and the house suited our needs perfectly. We loved the location of the property, as it was very close to the beach and downtown area. It’s very walkable. We loved our trip, and Susan was fabulous!

Great Family Getaway

Our multi generational family was so comfortable at this house. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and all the small personal touches left by the host (a few Easter goodies for the kids even!). I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home!

Location was great. Far enough away from the night life to be quiet but plenty close for an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Home is beautiful and easily accommodated our family gathering. Owner was easy to get ahold of and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay.
