MARCHEZ SUR LA PLAGE !! RĂ©servez ce lieu 5 Ă©toiles!

Cette maison est située sur la "plage à cÎté de Butler Ave" convoité et est la quatriÚme maison de l'océan. C'est moins de 250 mÚtres à pied de la plage! Il a complÚte à l'étage et d'une cuisine en bas, 14 couchages et dispose d'un parking pour 8 voitures. La maison est située sur Tybee, et une promenade confortable à peu prÚs partout sur l'ßle! Le deuxiÚme étage a une belle véranda avec dans le systÚme de la musique de plafond. En bas a un porche isolé filtré avec machine à glace et table de ping-pong. Si vous avez une grande famille qui aime se "disperser" pendant votre séjour, c'est l'endroit pour vous!

This is a fantastic house for a family vacation / long weekend. Having a 2nd kitchen downstairs is a helpful bonus to cook multiple dishes to take pressure of the upstairs kitchen.

Tybee Family Vacay

The house was stocked with everything our multiple family group needed plus some. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and the large screened porch was great. The walk to beach was about 1/4 mile which wasn’t bad for adult stride but lots of steps for 2 yr old. Convenient to restaurants and small local grocery. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks from The Kentuckians!

Wonderful family time

We loved our stay in this house! It's just a few minutes' walk from the beach, and it had all the toys our kids could want—balls, beach toys, boogie boards, and more. The kitchen was also very well stocked.

Tybee Family Trip 2024

This is the third year in a row we’ve stayed at this property. For our family’s needs this is the best property on the island. We’re looking forward to Tybee Family Trip 2025!

Perfect!!!

The house was perfect for our group!! Plenty of space to not be on top of each other!! The only thing that was said in any negative way about the house was the shower heads, and flat tires on the bikes and beach cart :( 
other than that, our group was ready to move in permanently lol!! Thank you Brian for letting us crash for a week!! Would highly recommend and would love to rebook

Amazing House

This was our 2nd year staying here and it was as great as the first! House was well appointed and clean, the amoint of beach supplies and a wagon are incredible, and access down 6th St is an easy walk. Owner was quick to respond and resolve the one request I had. Great place to stay!

Sister Trip

We loved the abundance of bathrooms (8 women!) We loved the easy beach access! And the porch was our hang out every morning and every evening! Excellent accommodations for a large group.

Great location.

Perfect accommodations for family vacation. We had three generations from age 18 to 79. Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. The bikes were an added plus and the kids loved exploring the island and the beach.

Amazing home on Tybee

This home was beautiful and well equipped. Walking distance to the ocean was great. The screened porch was our favorite gathering place at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean.

Tybee get away!

We loved this home! We and four other couples stayed and had plenty of room! Our favorite place to gather was the screened in porch for early morning coffee and late evening cocktails. It was an easy walk to the beach, and we made use of the beach chairs and wagon. I hope to stay here again!

Great spot

Location was great. Space was great. Having beach chairs and a cart for the beach was a huge help. Also. The ice machine was great for taking coolers down to the beach.

Awesome house!

This is a phenomenal house! Nice space for the whole family to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed and there's a bunch of beach equipment available to borrow. The walk up Butler and down to the 6th Street boardwalk is an easy walk, especially with the beach buggy at the house. Our family loved it and will consider booking again next summer.

Fantastic Place!

Great location. A very short walk to the beach. The house has a very large screened in porch that is just great with plenty of seating and ceiling fans. The house was clean and had obviously been updated recently. Everything was clean and modern. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Can’t say enough good things about this location. House was perfect for our week vacation. All the extra items came in so handy. Patrick was attentive and responded very timely, would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this location. Short walk to the beach and close to all things you would need for a house vacation. Derek’s dolphin tour, Crab Shack and black river brewery highly recommend. See you next time Tybee/Savannah.

Family Reunion

This property worked well for our large family gathering. Plenty of space to have large group and smaller nooks to get away and. catch up one on one. The kitchen had everything for a large holiday cooked dinner. I would suggest a deep clean of the kitchen and utensils. The location was great for walking to beach and restaurants.

Beautiful home in a quiet area

We had 11 family members stay including 3 children. The two kitchens were used and both were well equipped. The porch area had a nice play area and all the beach toys we could ask for. There's a large beach cart perfect for hauling our stuff to the beach and even bicycles for us to use! The beach area is not near any hotels so it was never crowded. The YMCA and public park with playgrounds are just a block away. So... great house, great location.

Fun filled time

The property was amazing. Lots of space to spread out. Ping pong and the bikes were a hit. The beach equipment was helpful. The amount of kitchen equipment was unbelievable. There was prompt response from Pat the property manager. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Great gathering place close to beach

Great house for multi-generation family gathering. Close to the beach, chairs, umbrellas, beach bikes provided. Ping pong table in an outside alcove. Great house. Bedrooms are arranged for kids to be together with parents, and grandparents upstairs. Sunroom, porch, extra spaces so enough room for everyone. Kitchen upstairs and downstairs so early morning kids can get breakfast without waking everyone.

Our new favorite beach house

This house is by far the best beach rental we’ve had in our 20+ years of renting. The layout was super conducive to our multi-generational family as we were able to give the kids their own level while the parents & grandparents took the upper level. Great furnishings, very well appointed. I’d book this again just for the gorgeous hardwood floors. Make no mistake, this is a very well built house, not some random DIY rookie flip house that you see all too often. Quality through & through. .

Our summer vacation

The property is lovely. The accommodation were perfect for a family of 10. We were disappointed with some amenities. For example: 1 hotel size bar soap in each br for a week?, 1 extra toilet tissue roll per bath ,Very small shampoo tube. Limited kitchen essentials. Unexpected based on previous rentals.

Family trip, 3 generations

This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for everyone, the screened in porch was our main gathering place. Great ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms! And loved having the two sets of washer and dryers. Also, kitchen is stocked with all dishes, pots etc you would need. We had a large family of 7 adults and 4 kids, every family had their own room(s). Lots of great toys, bikes, ping pong table to entertain the kids and take to the beach, which was a quick walk! Awesome home, thank you!

The owners are a retired couple who enjoy spending time with their family and friends. They spent half the year at this beach up to a year or so ago and now are slowing down a bit and live less than an hour away full-time.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is not your normal rental property. We have kept all of our family photos on the walls because our children and grandchildren love to spend time at the beach house when it is not rented. There have been many proms, birthdays, anniversaries celebrated at this property by our children and grandchildren. Our children hosted a surprise 50th wedding anniversary party at this house for us.

We want people to have the feeling that they were invited to a neighbors house to stay. We feel the photographs and beach chairs and toys at the property are just the way we had it when we live there.
