Great place to stay, close to the town, deer are everywhere, mountain views, cozy vibes. Definitely the place to stay!

Easy to get in touch with and adored the wood fire place, balcony and easy parking! Dog friendly was a huge bonus and our pups loved the walking path.

The pet friendly condo was easy to get to, clean, had plenty of everything in the kitchen to cook with (even the coffee and filters were set out! thank you!), and had a comfy queen bed. The fireplace was easy to operate and we felt safe and cozy. We had a great stay. Highly recommended!

Overall it was a great stay. The neighborhood very enjoyable and quiet. We loved sitting out on patio. Found towels in dryer and a few spider webs in kitchen window and out on patio.

Great stay over all has a few dirty dishies and the bathtub drained a slowly the drain was filled up with hair. Other then that i was a great stay thank you

Quiet and cozy retreat

I stayed here over the New Year's holiday and really enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. Beautiful views and a nice living space to cozy up and read. I went to Wolf Creek and the Springs Resort, both easily accessible. Host was communicative and helpful.

Great Views, Great Location

Condo has awesome views of the mountain range... very clean and spacious with a cozy home feel. The beds were very comfortable. Wanted to call this place my home.

Simply perfect

Very clean condo. Love the decor , has everything you need . Location is perfect . Enjoyed the hot air balloons every morning sometimes landing in the field right off the balcony. Air conditioning was a plus!!! Definitely coming back‌

We were not aware that it was 2nd floor. Saw nothing in photos or description. We did know bedroom was 2nd floor. The steep stairs getting to condo was difficult for us being seniors with hip and knee issues. Need to update the site for 2nd floor entrance. Unloading and loading up was a painful experience.

Pagosa Springs Condo

Property is a one bedroom upstairs loft with a nicely equipped kitchen, living/tv room and a great balcony to enjoy early morning coffee or a glass of wine. Very pleased with the cleanliness and location. We would stay here again. Also brought our 12 lb Yorkie/Maltese and we were all very happy and comfortable.

Long Weekend Getaway

We often do 3-4 day long weekends in Pagosa. We really liked the comfort, location, and views of this property. Well definitely consider staying here again. The only concern was outside the owners control - in a duplex across the street there were many families living in one property blasting traditional Mexican music all hours of the day, which meant we couldn’t enjoy reading on the balcony or keep the windows open.

A Rare Find!

This was one of our best trips to Pagosa Springs! We have been coming out here for over 25 years and this is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. We got to watch the balloons land right outside our window in the morning. The bed was clean and so comfortable. It really felt like home. Sasha was amazing and so kind.
